60 Principles

I received an interesting letter from a prison inmate that I send the teachings to. He has read all the archives except for the most recent installments that I have not sent to him yet.

He has put together an educational program (drawing deeply from my teachings) for the prisoners that has attracted the attention of the National Director of Prisons. If his ideas are accepted, they could be used on a national basis.

He has just written me and asked for my assistance. He wants me to briefly list and describe the 60 most important principles or teachings in my writings.

The only way I would have time to do this is to make the project part of my postings to the Keys. I will also ask for your help. If there is a principle or teaching that I have taught that you think is particularly good or inspiring post it to the group for possible inclusion.

We’ll start with the idea of principles themselves. Here are a few things I have edited from the archives.

THE FIRST PRINCIPLE

Principles: What a principle is.

A fact is merely a piece of information that anyone can incorporate into their brain memory. It can likewise be programmed into a computer. A principle is a different matter. A principle is the underlying truth that makes all facts valid. It requires judgment to use and cannot be programmed into a computer.

For instance, the Constitution of the United States is built around the principle of the Free Agency of man. Around this principle has sprung the Constitution and thousands of books containing millions of facts. In the days of the foundation of this country there was only a handful of enlightened people who were able to understand the principle of freedom. People of a lower order could not see it. There was no way that King George from England could teach or enlighten George Washington in any degree on this principle even though he probably had as many facts in his head on the subject as Washington did. On the other hand, Washington could have done much to enlighten the King if he was willing to listen.

It takes a thousand facts to paint a clear picture of one principle, but the understanding of one principle reveals thousands of facts. It takes a certain point in the evolution of the human being to comprehend the difference between a principle and a fact but when he does, and learns to go within and touch the soul, then all the understanding and vision of a principle is revealed in a flash. Sometimes a book can be written about a principle revealed in one instant.

What is the difference between a principle and a law?

A principle is that which demonstrates the intelligence of God and makes things in the universe work toward a dominating good.

A law is a description of the working of a principle, or principles. By law I am referring to universal laws and not manmade rules.

If the law is accurately described then the perfection of God is made manifest because such a description shows the consistency of the principle and allows us to predict the future actions of the mind of God in the universe.

For instance, all form is held in place through the principle of magnetism which is an aspect of the principle of Love.

All the laws we have concerning gravity are produced by observing and describing this principle in action.

Within our souls is the capability of recognizing whether or not a thing is true. When a principle is spoken, you’ll feel within yourself the vibration of certain chords that ring true.

A principle is true yesterday, today and forever, but knowledge (as data) changes by the hour (the temperature for example). The language of the Holy Spirit is composed of principles, not data. To know all things in the language of the spirit is to know all principles.

True principles are always in effect all around us. The universe is built upon true principles, held together by them and will be dissolved by them. True principles govern our lives, our deaths, our relationships, our sorrow and our joys.

The bird flies making use of true principles, yet does not understand the principle of flight or realizes it exists. So it is with us. We live in a sea of principles, which governs all things, yet until we touch the soul we do not even realize what a principle is.

Many of the best authors touch upon a principle. Some have a sense of that which they have discovered, while others do not discern them from facts. Sometimes you can find a principle in a book written by an author that does not know what a principle is.

A principle is not created. A principle is always present and always works without beginning or end.

Take the principle of cause and effect. Was there ever a time that it did not work? Cause and effect has always been here and always will.

Take another principle:

If there is no beginning there will be no end.

No one created this; it just exists past, present and future. Take a look at any true principle and you will see it had no creation, but just always is and always works and cannot be destroyed.

I think that truth, as a principle, is so abstract, that it needs its own “vehicle” in order to manifest. So, we have to speak of “knowledge of the truth” or “the light of truth”. When the light of truth is thrown on a conflict (illusion versus illusion), the illusion is swept away and the conflict vanishes.

A principle is an enunciation of what is. A principle isn’t made. A principle is eternal and it always is. Like Newton said, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. He discovered a principle. From that he was able to deduce a multitude of truths.

The Sharp Sickle

“And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.” Revelation 14:14

The white cloud symbolizes purity of thought and higher consciousness. Upon this sits “one like unto the Son of man.” The Son of man is another name for Christ, but it is the Christ among humanity rather than the Christ in faraway spiritual realms. Notice it says “one like unto the Son of man,” rather than specifically identifying this being as Jesus Christ. This is because all of us in our higher consciousness are not the man Jesus, but there is a higher part of ourselves that is like Christ and has the Christ consciousness.

This inner Christ has a golden crown in his head symbolizing the victory that each disciple must achieve to manifest the Christ among men.

“…and in his hand a sharp sickle.”

The disciples followed the example of the initiate and obtained the victory over the lower self. Now they will assist in the great reaping. They are given a sharp sickle. This symbolizes the powerful words and principles they have absorbed. They have sharpened their wits and wisdom and now is the time to put them to use. Now is the time to reap.

“And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” Revelation 14:15

Notice that this angel came out of the temple which is in heaven and he gives command to the Christ Self.

The temple in heaven is the lower self, which is under the control of the Higher Self. This lower self consists of the physical/etheric, emotional and the mind. Even though the perfected lower self is under the control of the Higher Self, it can still council or even direct the Higher Self concerning earthly matters.

In this case, the personality knows that it is time to use both the higher and lower natures to participate in the great harvest. The lower self knows “the time has come,” and communicates this feeling to the higher nature. The Christ within realizes that the “earth is ripe” and cooperates.

The seeds planted in the past have taken root and grown. The fruit is ripe and must be harvested.

“And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.” Revelation 14:16

The meaning here has several layers. First it means that the soul takes full control of its instrument. In other words, the individual disciple has attained victory over the Beast and this allows the Christ Self to reach down to the “earth” or lower self and make full use of it in the physical plane.

Secondly, it means it is time for the soul infused disciple to reach out to others upon the earth and use the words of power to separate the wheat from the chaff. The wheat are those who will accept the new ideas of the age to come and the chaff are those stuck in the old ways that are about to collapse upon itself.

The Great Harvest

“And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.” Revelation 14:17

This is the second being having a sharp sickle. The first was the Christ self, the “Son of man,” who was commanded by an angel to reap. Now a second angel comes out of the temple having another sharp sickle.

“And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.” Revelation 14:18

Now still another angel comes forth, but from the altar and has power over fire. This angel commands the second angel with the sickle to reap.

The first angel reaps from the earth, but the second reaps from the “clusters of the vine of the earth.” The first angel comes from the temple. The second also comes from the temple, but is directed by an angel from the fiery alter within the temple. What does this mean?

The first angel uses the soul infused lower self (the temple) to reach earthy or practical people through the Christ consciousness. He gathers them with his sharp sickle or powerful words presented in the wisdom of the spirit. The practical people of the earth listen to spiritual wisdom presented in a logical earthly manner and are gathered into a higher consciousness or methods of thinking.

The second angel is directed by the angel of the fire of sacrifice to reap from the fruit of the vine.

What is the difference between reaping from the earth and the vine? The simple answer is one is dead and the other alive. Technically, the earth is not dead, for it is the source of life, but a vine is organic and much further along in the evolution of life than inorganic earthly matter.

The fruit which is reaped by the second angel with the sickle are those who are “alive in Christ” and are living conduits of the fiery energy from God. These are those who allowed living seeds to be planted in their hearts and minds and made them grow until they enjoyed the fruits of spiritual life.

The fact that the angel giving the command to reap was from the sacrificial fiery alter in the temple tells us that the gathering of fruit requires sacrifice from true servants, but the fire of the spirit will be a means of recognizing them.

The scripture continues:

“And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.” Revelation 14:19-20

The first group who were of the earth were touched by the spiritual wisdom and seeds were planted in them to mature later. The second group were living vines. These produced fruit that was gathered at the end of an age to prepare for the new. After they were gathered, they were “cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.”

What does this mean? When the lights of the earth are gathered tremendous pressure ensues similar to that required to press the juice out of grapes. Those gathered will have difficulty in adjusting to each other and then unifying enough to deal with outside threats. This pressure is symbolized here as the “wrath of God.” It is not literally God pouring out his wrath, but will seem like it to those who are involved.

For instance, in the gathering of Israelites by Moses the people first had many conflicts with each other that had to be resolved before they could fight their outward enemies. The same goes for those who gathered to America from Europe. They had many conflicts with each other they had to work through before they could think of fighting the British.

The gathering to come will have similar difficulties and the pressure created will unify the group life so it flows as one life or one stream of juice from many grapes. This thought was symbolized by our motto “E Pluribus Unum” or “out of the many, one.”

This process occurred “without the city.” The city was the place that was supposed to be holy but crucified their Lord. What was holy in one age is avoided in a future time and in each new gathering the lights must come together in a place not recognized as holy by those with backward looking eyes.

The scripture ends with these curious words: “…and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.”

Why does it say blood rather than juice? Because blood is a symbol of spiritual life–and look how much of it came forth. It came clear up to the horse bridles covering a distance of around 200 miles or about the length of Palestine.

Now, the fact that we will never see that much literal blood in one place merely tells us that the end result of the gathering of lights will be an increase of life in the spirit that will be beyond our ability to measure or comprehend.

The Historical Jesus

A reader claimed that there is no historical evidence for the existence of Jesus, but there is actually very powerful evidence that Jesus existed. Not counting spiritual proof available let us list the practical ones.

[1] There are four different accounts seemingly written by four different individuals testifying to his existence, life and teachings. These of course are Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

Critics complain that we do not have an original manuscript, that the earliest manuscript was created hundreds of years after Jesus lived.

On the other hand, there are many ancient Greek authors for which we also do not have an original manuscript yet scholars have no problem accepting that they were real.

For example, scholars believe that they have an accurate text of seven plays of Sophocles, yet the earliest substantial manuscript upon which it is based was written more than 1,400 years after his death!

The earliest fragment of the Gospels is that of John and was found in Egypt and dated shortly after 100 AD. This was only a few years after it was written just before the turn of the century.

Also found in Egypt were the Magdalen Fragments of the gospel of Matthew. Most scholars agree that they date back to the second century, but some argue that date clear back to 70 AD.

In addition, there exists a fragment of the Gospel of Peter (not in the Bible) that dates back to just after the first century.

It is an interesting fact that there exists today approximately 5300 copies of ancient Greek manuscripts which are copies of the gospels. This number greatly exceeds the Greek copies testifying to any other man in history.

[2] There are hundreds of apocryphal works of ancient date testifying to the life of Jesus.

[3] It is a stretch of the imagination to believe that around 2 billion believers today follow an imaginary character. No other religion of any significance has the existence of its founder questioned.

[4] Skeptics claim that around 300 AD a group of writers fabricated the gospels and somehow convinced the entire Roman Empire they were true. This would be comparable to the current president and his advisors convincing the country that some imaginary guy named Oliver Smith is the messiah and appeared in America around 1700 AD. It is just not believable.

[5] The words of Jesus in the Gospels are the most powerful words ever written and are quoted and duplicated more than any other in history. This feat would be virtually impossible to achieve by fraudulent individuals.

If there is an historical Jesus then is it logical to assume that what is written about him in the gospels is basically true. It is also logical to assume there are errors in what is written, but he had to have been quite a remarkable person to have had such an impact on the world.

The Coming of Christ

A reader expressed the view of many in the world that Jesus is not going to present us with a second coming as it would be counterproductive to repeat himself.

He is right on a major point here, and that is that it would be counterproductive for Christ to repeat the same type of mission as last time.

On the other hand, all life as a whole is reborn from time to time and this includes even such high entities as Christ and even the Ancient of Days, though will be a long time though before the Sanat Kumara comes again.

DK tells us that Christ needs to come again not only for the sake of humanity, but for his own progression. He is currently working on his seventh initiation and needs to come again on the earth to finish it.

Last time his primary purpose was to demonstrate the divinity of man and his oneness with God. This time he will come more as a teacher to solidify the new age of peace.

Exactly how he will come is a mystery not yet revealed to students but it could be through an overshadowing, as happened last time, or he could manifest in a body of his own. How he will manifest will largely be determined by the need.

It will be some time after he begins his work before the disciples of the world realize that the Master is among them. He will come as one of our brothers, for the brotherhood of man is more of a keynote at this time than the demonstration of divinity.

The Everlasting Gospel

Here is the next scripture to contemplate:

“And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

“Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” Revelation 14:6-7

After seeing the Lamb, or Christ, followed by the 144,000 there comes another sight – an angel flying in the midst of heaven. What does this mean?

Heaven stands for the realm of spirit. Angel normally means “messenger,” but to understand how it applies here we must realize that the angels of the Bible were always mediums of a message of light. The disciple looks directly toward spirit, ignoring the pull of matter, or earth, and revelation comes to him. As new understanding comes, he realizes he, himself, is the angel, and the message is now in him.

And what is that message? It is “the everlasting gospel.”

Exactly what would that be? The English word “gospel” comes from a combination of two Anglo-Saxon words, “God” and “Spell” which together basically means “to tell about God,” or “God’s story.”

To help us understand better let us examine the more ancient Greek word for Gospel found in the text, which is, EUAGGELION. You have probably heard that this word means “good news.” The disciples went forth and preached the “good news” of the resurrection of Jesus and this was the basis for its use.

Actually, Jesus used the word regularly before the resurrection when he was walking the earth. He often talked about the gospel of the kingdom of God and if one reads the context, they will see that good news is a questionable meaning.

EUAGGELION comes from the two Greek words EU and AGGELIA. EU means “good, happy or pleasing.” AGGELIA is the Greek word for “angel” and means “messenger” or “the carrier of a message.” Rather than “good news” it would be more accurate to call it a “good message” or a “good or sound doctrine, teaching or philosophy.”

The meaning is further enhanced by being called the “everlasting gospel.” The word “gospel” in the Bible is used in relation to the teachings of Christ, who is also called “The Word” by John. Thus the everlasting gospel could be called the eternal teachings, or “Eternal Words,” or as Jesus called them, “words which shall not pass away.” Thus we are told that the disciple penetrates the veil between heaven and earth and ascends in consciousness to the realm of Spirit, sees eternal principles and brings them down to earth. When words of Spirit are thus brought to earth, they will not pass away for they came from timelessness or eternity.

What are disciples to do with these eternal words of the everlasting gospel?

They are “to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.”

It is interesting that “preach” comes from EUAGGELIZO, which is essentially the same word as the one for gospel, which is EUAGGELION. The only difference is that EUAGGELION is a noun and EUAGGELIZO is a verb. To help see this let us substitute a word of similar meaning that is used as both a verb and noun in the same sentence. We will substitute “gospel” and “preach” with the word “teach.”

…having the everlasting teachings (noun) to teach (verb) unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.

The English “evangelize” also is derived from EUAGGELIZO, but the original Greek does not carry with it the zeal and emotional fervor which is associated with modern day evangelicals. The original gives us the image of one more like Plato quietly teaching rather than a fire and brimstone tent preacher. Better yet it gives us the image of the Master himself gently giving out his eternal words in the hills of Palestine.

The disciple thus receives eternal words he forms into teachings and gives them to the people, but because they are eternal words they shall not pass away. Even though Jesus had only 120 followers when he was resurrected his words did not pass away because they touched on eternal principles, and when this is done, the meaning cannot be erased from human consciousness – not in this life or a future life. Once a principle is embedded in human consciousness it is not lost as is a piece of data.

The principles eventually permeate all those “…that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,” not because of the zeal of the followers, but because of the power in the words themselves. Whether it be done through zeal, through a quiet whisper in a prison cell or a professor in a classroom the effect is the same. Those who touch the soul will recognize the principles behind the words and will never forget them.

Let us just take one statement from the Master: “The truth shall set you free.”

It did not take an army of missionaries nor even require a conversion to Christianity for seekers throughout the world to sense a profound truth here. Those who are ready only had to hear it once and it was then embedded on their souls.

The same applies to the many parables He taught. Now let us examine the next verse.

“Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” Revelation 14:7

When the disciple receives eternal words, he realizes the depth of them is beyond the power of his personality self to have initiated. He has the impulse to give reverence and glory to God for only God working though him could have brought the everlasting principles to the earth.

“…for the hour of his judgment is come…”

Judgment comes from the Greek KRISIS, which is more accurately translated as “correction.” The revelation of true principles or eternal words brings instant correction to the disciple. The hour of judgment is the hour of revelation. He becomes a knower and, as a knower, realizes that there is a higher power than his lower self and he acknowledges that something much greater than he made all things.

The 144,000

Next let us examine the first three verses as a whole:

“And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.” Revelation 14:1-3

The 144,000 not only stands for an internal manifestation of energies, but also an external one. Externally, it is a symbolic number of seekers who correctly see and follow the teachings of the initiate over the period of an astrological age of about 2160 years.

144,000 may seem like a large number but it is quite small in relation to the number of followers. For instance, there are over two billion Christians on the earth today and over a billion more who have passed on. If we divide 144,000 into 3 billion we see that less than one in twenty thousand followers become one of this group.

This illustrates a principle and it is that only one in thousands among the followers of an initiate sees the true original vision and follows the true spirit of the founding words and works. Only a small number escape the power of the unjust authority of the Beast and find the Father’s name inside their own minds and hearts.

“And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters,”

When one sees with the same vision as the Christ, the Buddha, Confucius or any other initiate he receives revelation from the realm of Spirit. It is as the voice of many waters because in the midst of many waters, such as a great waterfall, all other sounds are drowned out. Only the overpowering sound of the water can be heard. Even so, when the disciple hears the inner voice correctly, even though it is very quiet, a focus upon the message drowns out all other distractions so only the message is heard.

“…and as the voice of a great thunder…”

Again the thunder signifies an awakening of the follower to a new realization of purpose and spirit.

“…and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:”

The beautiful music signifies the tuning and focus of the mind and heart of the seeker so he is in harmony with the will and purpose of God.

“And they sung as it were a new song…”

The power to sing the Song is achieved through the previously mentioned items:

[1] The disciple receives revelation or light and truth.

[2] The revelation awakens him to a new state of consciousness.

[3] This brings him into harmony with higher will.

When this trinity of achievements is accomplished he sings a “new song.” He sees the world and other people in an entirely new way. Words can be given out (such as The Song of the 144,000 below) that can direct the mind and heart toward this consciousness, but the Song is more than words. The true song is sang through the attunement and the harmonious vibration given off by the seeker. The true disciple may be sitting still and silent, yet singing the Song with his radiating being.

Let me repeat here the Song of the 144,000 given out in my book, The Immortal. This is designed to lift up the hearts, minds and purpose of those who are ready so the Song can be sung.

We thank you Father

That you have revealed to us your protective universal light;

That within this light is complete protection from all destructive forces;

That the Holy Spirit of Your Presence permeates us in this light,

And wherever we will the light to descend.

We thank you Father

That you fill us with your protective fires of love;

That within this love is complete protection from all destructive thoughts and feelings;

That the consciousness of Christ is lifted up in us in this love,

And wherever we will the love to be enflamed.

We thank you Father

That You are in us and we are in You;

That through us Your Will is sent forth on wings of power;

That Your Purpose is accomplished on earth as it is in heaven;

That through us Your Light and Love and Power is manifest to all the Sons and Daughters of Mankind.

The scripture continues: “…before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders:”

When the higher consciousness is achieved the vibration of the Song radiates throughout the mind (the throne) the lower self and the emotions follow it (the four beasts) and the wise people (elders) of the earth acknowledge the wisdom of the disciple.

”…and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.”

The earth stands for the lower nature and the concrete mind. To attain the vibration of the Song one must be redeemed from the carnal mind and be dominated by the spiritual.

The next verses to consider are:

“These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.”

“And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.” Revelation 14:4-5

The Virgins of God

The 144,000 is a symbolic number symbolizing the small percentage of followers who see the vision of the initiate as well as a symbol of the perfected energies which flow through the perfected disciple. When all the energies and notes vibrate in harmony the Christ, or soul dominates the lower self.

“These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.”

This is a prime scripture used by the Catholic church to justify the idea that the priests, as well as the hierarchy, need to be celibate.

The only trouble with this interpretation is it opposes the general teachings of the New Testament about Marriage.

Here are the words of Jesus:

“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” Matthew 19:4-6

Then Paul said:

“Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled.” Hebrews 13:4

In fact Paul spoke against celibacy:

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.” 1 Timothy 4:1-5

Virginity, however, is written as being praiseworthy before marriage, but the main marriage spoken of in the scriptures is the marriage to Christ. A famous scripture about this is the parable of the five wise and five foolish virgins waiting for the bridegroom. The ten virgins waiting to be married to one man is generally interpreted as disciples waiting for the presence of Christ rather than a major polygamist taking ten wives.

In fact Paul wrote:

“For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.” 2 Corinthians 11:2

Here Paul tells his followers that he espoused his followers to one husband (himself) that he may present them as virgins to Christ.

Whether it be symbolic marriage or real physical marriage a disciple is considered a virgin before God if he has no spiritual intercourse with false gods. And who are the false gods?

To answer this: we must realize that this scripture follows the chapter on the Beast because the Beast robs the seeker of his spiritual virginity. How does he do this?

The Beast represents an outward authority who takes the place of God and when a seeker is deceived and unites his feelings and thoughts with the outer rather than the inner God he becomes corrupt and is no longer a spiritual virgin who can unite with the Christ consciousness. The true virgin spoken of here may indeed be physically married, but will have no other gods before him except the inner voice. He will be awaiting his inner spiritual marriage, having not yielded to the outer voices.

The scripture continues:

“These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.”

When the disciple dedicates himself to the inner voice, he will follow the direction of the Christ consciousness wherever it leads.

“These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.”

“Redeemed” comes from the Greek AGORAZO which is usually translated as “bought or purchased.” The orthodox interpretation of such a purchase is that Christ purchased us with his own blood and therefore owns his virgin disciples. To find the inner meaning we must realize that blood is a symbol of life. The life of the inner Christ descends from the higher worlds of Spirit down to our physical consciousness. This painful descent where spirit is crucified by matter is the payment the inner Christ makes to contact our carnal consciousness and unite with it, or take it as its bride. Eventually the inner and the outer become one with the Father and follow the higher will of God.

“And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.”

When the disciple is married to, or unites with his Christ consciousness, he can speak no deceit while in that state. The God within is blameless and thus the disciple who is one with his inner God is also blameless when he follows the direction he receives.

The Keys Group

It’s been some time now – since November 1998 –  and some may not be aware of how the Keys began, but Rick Audette is indeed the initial founder of this group. He read the book (The Immortal) and was enthusiastic about starting a forum. I thought at the time it would be a good idea for the future, after I got some more books written, but told him to go ahead anyway – that I may just post once in a while. I suggested the name Keys of Knowledge and then he came up with the “Keysters” tag for us.

When my wife learned of the plan she said, “You won’t be able to just post once in a while.” Well, it turns out she was correct. I was drawn into teaching pretty much on a daily basis.

The result has had positive and negative effects, but mostly positive I believe. The negative is that I have not gotten as much written on the books as I planned. The positive is that I have gotten much more material written through the Keys than I would have if I had merely concentrated on the books. Some of the material I have given out was planned for future books, but a lot of it is material that would have not been presented through them.

I receive a lot of appreciation from people who read the archives and I think many of the writings will stand the test of time. For generations to come many will be glad that Rick prodded me to agree to a forum such as this.

The Name Within

Now the next question for consideration is this. How is it possible for us to escape the mark and number of the Beast?

A hint is given at the beginning of Revelation 14:

“And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.” Revelation 14:1

The Lamb stands the disciple’s submission to the voice of the inner Christ or the voice of the soul. This leads to him to rise up to the higher consciousness of mount Sion where he has mastered the 144 energies of the lower six chakras over a thousand lifetimes, symbolized by the thousand petals of the seventh or head center.

When a seeker, through the principle of identification, senses the vibrating energies emanating from such an initiate he then assumes the vibration of the 144,000 and feels the music of the spheres within. He is in the Father and the Father is in him and becomes a physical extension of the 144,000.

The first verses of Revelation 14 tell us that the 144,000 have the Father’s name in their foreheads. How is this accomplished? How is this different than having the name or number of the Beast in the forehead?

How is the number of the beast placed in the forehead of his followers?

We have concluded that this takes place by looking outside of ourselves for authority, often blindly, and then accepting that authority as if it were the voice of God. We also concluded that the beast is the static I am.

If we switch over to having the Father’s name in our foreheads then where do we look for that name and what is the name? What is the main sign that we have the name?

God is already within every man, woman and child on the planet. If God is within us then His Name is also within us even if we do not consciously perceive it. We receive the illusion of the mark of the beast when we accept any name for God or final authority that is outside of ourselves. When we finally learn to ignore all the static outside of ourselves and look within for verification of truth then the one creative name or originating sound of God within us begins to vibrate and we activate the name of God in our foreheads because we realize God is in our minds and in our hearts.

What is the main sign that we have the name?

The main sign is that you do not place your life or any eternal salvation in the hands of any outside name or authority. You may respect many outside authorities who have earned a degree of trust. An example would be the Spanish teacher we talked about earlier, but the ultimate trust of life or soul will be given to no man, woman or even the Bible. He who has the name of the Father in his forehead will only trust a path revealed or confirmed by the God within. Outside teachers may point us in the right direction, but he who has escaped the mark of the beast will not firmly embrace even Jesus, an angel, the scriptures, synchronicity or any other outward sign or teaching unless the great authority within confirms it.

Unfortunately, the removal of the mark of the beast becomes even more complicated because many people think they are registering with the God within when they are merely leaning on the positive side of the solar plexus. This is why John mentions the name in the forehead. The sensing of the energy of God in the forehead, rather than the gut, is a sign that the seeker has moved beyond the lower good feeling emotional energy below the diaphragm.

What is the first major step toward soul contact? The answer is somewhat of a judgment call and I would say that some of the answers given could be argued as being the major one.

[1] Making a decision to seek

This can be major except there are some who seek for a short time and then quit and go into limbo for a few lifetimes. This then becomes the major step that was not taken. If the seeking attitude and the Decision to do so is maintained then that is a major event in the life of the soul.

[2] Awareness, recognition that there is something out there beyond the physical – looking for it – looking within.

[3] A point of crisis in our lives causing us to reflect.

[4] Observing ourselves with detachment.

[5] Finding a true spiritual teacher who has himself received soul contact.

All of these are good points, but I want to cover an important step which occurs as the mark of the beast is replaced by the name of the Father. What makes this possible?

If one looks within and finds that still small voice then he shall have to slay the dragon who gives authority to the beast. The disciple will not have to look for the dragon for he will come after him in a myriad of ways and his approach will always be sensed.

At this point the seeker has two choices.

[1] Fear the dragon and let him immobilize or slay the seeker.

[2] Face the dragon and slay it.

Then even if one faces the dragon and seems to slay him he may discover he has just wounded a head which is healed and has to slay him again until the body of the dragon is “cast alive into a lake of fire and brimstone.” Revelations 19:20 The fire of the Holy Spirit from God finally consumes the dragon and at last the seeker is able to maintain focus on the name of the Father in the forehead.

The sign that the disciple has taken his first great step is when he shows a willingness to act on a true message from within in defiance to all the clamoring messages from without. He will do this at the risk of life, reputation, eternal damnation or other loss.

Notice I say “true message?” There are many who believe they have received a true message from the soul when in reality their action can be traced to the blind following of a guru, religious leader, book or the ego pretending to be the soul.

The subtle difference is this: He who still has the mark of the beast will either be enhancing someone else’s ego or his own, whereas he who follows the soul will always feel humbled by the truth. The message from the soul always has something that benefits more than the individual, which would include the group or groups with whom he is associated.

Next let us contemplate the first three verses of chapter 14 as a whole:

“And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.” Revelation 14:1-3

More on the Sabbath Life

A reader complained to me that DK’s writings are difficult to understand and he finds golf and basketball more interesting.

There is a time and season for all things, even golf and basketball.

Now some spend time at recreation when they are better off spending time at work or study. But after a period of work, it is very healthful to spend some time with pure frivolous recreation.

One thing I have taught is that approximately one life out of seven is a Sabbath life. This means that one person out of seven that you see around you seems to have a fairly easy life. Just look around you and you will see this to be so. Sometimes after six difficult lives it will just be the right thing to do to spoil ourselves.

When the six with difficult lives see the seventh living a fairly frivolous life of ease they sometimes feel a little miffed and assume he is a slacker. What is not realized is that he is just resting, getting the strength necessary for his next major struggle. In saying this we must keep in mind that some are true slackers when they should be working, but others are resting as they should.

People in various stages of evolution treat the Sabbath life differently. The average person gets little done but a resting up in preparation for struggles to come. The disciple will also have a fairly easy sabbath life, but will still use his time and talents in service, but it will be a service that is enjoyable for him with no major problems.

I am looking forward to my Sabbath life, but this is definitely not it.

Prophecy Fulfilled?

I was asked what I thought of the Mormon prophet’s statement that this prophecy from Joel has been fulfilled:

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.” (Joel 2:28-32)

Let us examine the scripture written by Joel.

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:” Joel 2:28

The interesting thing here is that we are told there will not only be male prophets (sons), but female ones (daughters). If the Mormons think this prophecy is fulfilled then they need to tell us where the female prophets are.

The truth is that if any female were to prophesy to the LDS church or the world she would be thrown out.

A further truth is that there are female prophets on the earth, but they are not recognized by the churches as a whole.

“And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.” Joel 2:29

Again, this is true, but where is it happening in any of the churches?

“And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.” Joel 2:30

One could say that wars, volcanoes, earthquakes and bombs have fulfilled this.

On a spiritual level it speaks of a time that great anger (blood and fire) will divide the people and obscure the truth (pillars of smoke).

“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.” Joel 2:28

The light of the soul (sun) of the masses will be darkened and their emotions (moon) will be filled with anger (blood) before the coming of the Messiah.

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered:” Joel 2:31

The true name of God is within and those who seek it will be delivered from the darkness and unbridled emotion.

“for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.” Joel 2:32

There will be a gathering of lights and the lights who gather will produce more light which will deliver them from darkness and bring an increase of light.

This gathering has not happened yet so the prophecy has not yet been completely fulfilled.

The Oscars

After watching “Crash” (perhaps the worst movie to ever win an academy award) receive the Oscar tonight I couldn’t resist commenting on it.

And how do I relate this to the principles I teach? Easy. An important principle I have taught around unjust authority is that those who are recognized by the world as being reliable authorities are often the worst people to rely on.

Doctors who are showing us how to be physically healthy often die at a much younger age than average.

Psychologists who are showing us how to be mentally healthy have a much higher than average suicide rate.

Preachers and Priests who are telling us how to be spiritual are often the biggest sinners.

Lawyers twist the law toward their own ends.

Teachers can’t teach our kids how to read.

The list goes on and on and certainly does not end with film critics and judges.

I read the movie reviews in the paper each week and whenever I see a movie given four stars by a critic, I avoid it like the plague. 95% of the time it is more boring than watching a glacier move.

A Saturday Night Live skit had the critic’s ratings down pretty good. In it they made fun of the critics and interpreted the star rating for us average folk. If I remember correctly it went like this:

**The worst rating: Four Stars

**The best rating: Two Stars

**Second best: Three Stars

**Third Best: One Star

I’d say that is pretty close to reality. However, sometimes really good movies are rated three stars, but rarely four stars.

Siskel and Ebert gave “Titanic” two thumbs down, but then after it made a billion dollars or so they gave it a second review and upgraded it.

When the first “Terminator” came out the reviewer in our paper gave it one star. I was so upset that I wrote an angry letter to the editor. This I thought was the best in the series and one of my favorite movies of all time.

This year the movies nominated for best picture were: “Crash;” “Brokeback Mountain;” “Capote;” “Munich;” and “Good Night, and Good Luck.”

None of these excited me enough to pay money to see them in the theater. And it looks like I was not alone.

Best picture, “Crash” was only number 49 in box office receipts just nudging out “Corpse Bride” which was not nominated for anything.

“Brokeback Mountain” was number 26 following on the heels of “Dukes of Hazzard,” which again was nominated for zero.

“Munich” was number 63 just edging out “Boogeyman.”

“Good Night, and Good Luck” was number ninety just behind the famous “Get Rich or Die Tryin’.”

Finally, “Capote” was number 97 just ahead of “Aeon Flux” which the world was holding its breath to see.

The point is that the public voted with their dollars that 48 movies of 2005 were better and more entertaining than the Academy’s best picture of the year.

That tells me that there is a great disconnect between what Hollywood thinks is a good movie and what real America (and the world) sees as a good movie.

I saw “Crash” when it first came out on video because I like Sandra Bullock and some of the other actors. It was a great disappointment and about put me to sleep.

So why did it win?

It had to be because of its do-gooder message of stamping out racism. Hollywood needs to wake up to the fact that it takes more than a do-gooder message with stereotype Republican bad guys to make a good movie.

It is interesting that all the best picture nominations were politically to the left with nothing to the right receiving a major nomination for decades.

The last major hit from the right was the “Passion of Christ” from 2004. Even though it made over a billion dollars, more than any independent film in the history of the planet, it received no academy award.

So, what was the best movie of the year (2005)? Everyone has a different opinion, but as far as public consciousness goes, we have to give a lot of weight to the box office. The top grossing film was: “Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith” which made over $380 million in the U.S.

The next nine in the top ten were: “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” “War of the Worlds,” “King Kong,” “Wedding Crashers,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “Batman Begins,” “Madagascar,” “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.”

I’ve seen most of these and they were all pretty good, much better than “Crash.” I probably liked “Batman Begins” the best.

One I liked that didn’t do that great in the box office was number 67, “Transporter 2.” I really liked the first “Transporter” also.

Did I agree with any of the awards this year? Three in particular. Reese Witherspoon deserved Best Actress for “Walk The Line” and I was surprised she was recognized by the Academy. The movie is worth seeing for her performance.

Secondly, the best documentary was definitely “March of the Penguins.” This is not only the best documentary of 2005, but perhaps for a decade or more. This is definitely worth seeing and gives you an appreciation of the great work of evolution and survival on this planet.

Finally, I have not seen “Capote,” but from clips I have seen it appears that Philip Seymour did a great job in capturing the essence of the man, who indeed was a strange character. I would guess that he deserved the best actor award.

666 Revealed

“Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” Revelation 13:18

Numerous methods have been used to interpret this mysterious phrase but standard numerology is not the key for which we are looking. One must also read the scripture very carefully. Notice in verse 17 that those who have the mark bear “the number of his name?” Now the Christian world is waiting for some great dictator to arise with the number 666 tattooed on his head or something like that, but here we are told that the billions among the masses bear the number themselves? How could they do that?

Some have heard of The Seven Rays and some have not. These are the same as mentioned by John as being the Seven Spirits before the throne of God. The various seven rays go in and out of incarnation here on planet Earth and during the age of Pisces a certain Ray was prominent. It is the same Ray that governs the Solar Plexus center. What Ray is this and how is it related to the 666 and the beast? Should we look at the numbers as separate 6 6 6 as well as a unit – 666? Or possibly 6 x 100, 6 x 10, and 6? What would be the meaning here?

There are several levels from which the 666 can be interpreted, but we want to concentrate on its meaning in the physical context that we have been discussing. This whole chapter deals with the control of the beast over humanity which is essentially the art of causing man to not focus his attention on the God self (higher than man) but the animal self (lower than man). For the average individual the past always has a stronger pull than the future.

The number six is the number of the sixth Ray of idealism which governs the age of Pisces and the Solar plexus. The six is written three times because it symbolizes the control of the beast over our three worlds – the physical (which includes the material and etheric) the astral, or emotional and the mental worlds.

So keeping this in mind how does the beast place his mark in your forehead and right hand in these three levels? Remember the forehead symbolizes your thought and thinking and the right hand is your work or actions.

First let us look at what the Christian world as a whole is expecting to happen from the predictions of the Beast and the 666.

Many think the ten horns are ten European nations (others think the UN) that will unite and recreate the Roman empire headed by a beastly character that will make Hitler look like Snow White. This dictator will then assume complete control over every living human being except for a batch of Christians who will be raptured into heaven. These raptured ones will then watch on in glee as the rest of us get our just deserts for not accepting their brand of salvation. The justice meted out to us will be a physical mark of some type which will bear the number 666. This will be an ID number of some type tattooed or implanted in our forehead or right hand that we will have to show to even be able to buy or sell. Thus this anti-Christ will have complete control over our lives.

Some think the number 666 has something to do with the bar code because 666 is encoded into it. Maybe some version of this will be written with a laser on our foreheads.

Now anything is possible. Hitler did have an ID tattooed on the left arms of the imprisoned Jews. Nothing was engraved on their foreheads though as far as I know. If the world totally abandoned all the progress it has made over the past two thousand years it is possible that a world dictator could arise. Maybe he would tattoo the name of Elmer Fudd on everyone’s big toe – or maybe he would put a mark on everyone’s right hand, but this is very unlikely. Why?

The real critical war that paved the way for the New Age of peace was World Wars I and II. (World War II was really an extension of an unfinished World War I). This is as close as we will get to Armageddon if the workers of Light do their job and contain the nuclear weapons of the world. The closest thing we have seen that resembles an antichrist was Hitler who was reincarnated from a warlord who defeated the forces of Light in Atlantis and paved the way for its destruction.

There is no evil genius on the Earth today who can come close to making Hitler look like Snow White. There is not even an equal of Hitler – thank goodness.

If all goes as planned by the Brotherhood we will move fairly progressively over the next 200 years into the New Age of peace. There will be some unexpected events, some earth changes, some destruction, some wars, but nothing like the Christian or New Age world is expecting. There will be no rapture as believers define rapture.

Neither will the earth be hit by a giant asteroid, neither will the enlightened of humanity be swooped up by a giant space ship, neither will the enlightened ones be taken into some mysterious 4th dimension or even the 5th or 6th dimensions.

The biggest surprises over the next two hundred years are not predicted by anyone with any degree of accuracy in the present. If you look at all the prophesies of doom and then go ahead in time two hundred years and read the history as it will be written, there will not be much of a correspondence. Future historians will make a footnote that the great expected Antichrist just did not materialize.

Then, too, 200 years from now you would think that the big story in history would be the second coming of Christ. The event will be registered by them, but this person will not be called Jesus and future historians will write about him from a similar perspective as current historians write about Abraham Lincoln. This entity will, however, eventually be recognized as one who is greater than Lincoln, but not until the passage of some time.

The real truth is this. The astounding prophecies of doom and a great Antichrist is just a smokescreen used by the Dark Brotherhood to cast an illusion over the real beast, antichrist and meaning of 666 so the masses will continue to bear the mark.

In some ways it would be better for humanity if a dictator forced people kicking and screaming to receive a mark. Then at least they would know they had something they needed to rebel against. But, as it is, the masses bear the mark in complete ignorance. How do you fight an enemy when you are completely unaware that one even exists? How do you fight an enemy that is here unseen today when you are not expecting him until tomorrow?

We have talked about how the first and second beast is already here as well as the image of the beast. Now the great mystery for us to discover is how the 666 is here and how are we marked with it. Even more important is how do we escape the mark?

The number is literally written in the Greek as follows: six one hundreds and six tens and six which is not too far off from the English expression of 666. The beast has six as its core number. Why? Is it because six is an evil number?

No.

Is it because six is an incomplete number and seven is a better number because that is the number of creation signifying that everything is perfected? This is what the Christian world teaches, but even in this they forget that God is said to have created the world in six days and rested on the seventh. Therefore, creation was completed in six days or periods and the number six is perfect in its own right.

As evidenced by the seven colors in the rainbow, the seven musical notes and the seven creative Spirits before the throne of God there are seven Ray energies in this universe from which all things are created. Each of these rays has a different meaning and they are the prime cause of all astrological influences.

The core meaning of the sixth Ray is the energy of idealism and or devotion. Jesus himself is a Master of the sixth ray energy and the Christian Church, the United States and the age of Pisces is governed by it. If Jesus operates in this energy, then surely it can’t be all bad. Jesus presented to the world an ideal life that humanity can devote itself to attaining. We as humans must have an ideal before us to give us incentive to become. Without an ideal there would be little incentive for any of us to move forward.

The problem is that there is a duality in all things including the number six. If the ideal is seen as an ultimate perfection and not as a step on an eternal stairway then the person slips into regressive consciousness instead of the “I am becoming.” When the ideal becomes the ultimate perfection the disciple steps into great illusion when he either worships the perfection, obeys the laws of the perfection or becomes the perfection himself.

Remember that the beast is created from the “sea” of humanity itself and what is the ideal of humanity? The ideal human is Jesus. Just as the Dragon uses the United States and other relatively free nations to further its purpose so does it steal the idealistic number six of the Christian Church and its founder and present before the world the antichrist or a false and more palatable ideal for the common person. Thus, we have three ideals presented to the world in this past age: Jesus, the Christian Church and the United States, all governed by the ideal number six and the corruption of these three ideas is one of the meanings of 666.

Now the Dragon through the Beast corrupts these ideals through the manipulation of the emotions from the solar plexus center which is also governed by the sixth Ray. This center is just below the navel and is a reflection of the ideal of the Spiritual Love of the heart center. The mission of this the solar plexus is to inspire us through aspiring feeling to seek the higher energies.

The goal of the Dragon is this. Keep the aspiring person’s attention centered on the solar plexus by the deception that the solar plexus is really the heart and this is the highest there is. If the person is then deceived into thinking he has found the ultimate feeling he can then be manipulated around this “perfection.”

What is the difference between the feelings generated by the solar plexus and those of the heart? Why are many seekers deceived into thinking the solar plexus energies are heart energies?

Some think the emotion of the solar plexus as if it is a bad thing. But the truth is that just as the number 6 is divine in its purest sense so is the solar plexus. It has the wonderful purpose of presenting before the aspiring human an ideal accompanied by an emotional feeling that will eventually move attention up to the higher energies of the heart and mind.

We do not say a beaver is evil because it is lower on the scale of evolution than is the human. Instead, the life that is in the beaver is going through a process learning divine lessons. Yet even though the beaver is doing a great good on its own level by fulfilling its part in the great Plan it would be a great evil for a human to retrogress and use the beaver as an ideal of what he is supposed to be or accomplish. The human has gone beyond the beaver in evolution and therefore should set his sights on an ideal that is higher than his present state.

There are several ways that the Dragon uses the energy of Ray Six through the Solar Plexus to entrap mankind. One of the main ones is to present before the aspiring human an ideal that is impossible to reach. This is a trick used in almost every religion on the planet. Most of us are familiar with the Christian religion so let us use it as an example.

Let us look at the founder who was the man Jesus. What happened to the belief system about Jesus shortly after the crucifixion? Instead of being an ideal of what we should BECOME the Dragon made sure that the image of Jesus was transferred to a God. Later he was not only a God, but the one and only God of Gods the fullness of the Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost all in one package, the creator of heaven and earth with all the trillions of galaxies with billions of stars each.

Now honestly ask yourself … Is this an ideal that Joe average can shoot for???

No. No, a hundred times NO. This Jesus is so far removed from us that it would be the height of blasphemy to even consider that we can set him up as an ideal to aspire toward. The wonderful truth is that Jesus came as a man like ourselves to set before us a practical ideal of what we can and must become.

Instead, the Dragon has exalted him as the highest being in the universe far beyond our reach. As such we become mere “sinners” totally unworthy of any blessing that such a God could dish out. Now because of the successful exalting of Jesus by the Dragon working through the Beast people like me have to take a risk in saying something like the following:

“Jesus came to present the image of the ideal man to which ordinary humans like you and me are to aspire. He is not the God of the Universe any more than you or I.”

The believer hears this and responds with something like:

“Blasphemy! How dare you attack our Lord and Savior and risk the damnation of hell. Why would you even consider belittling the Lord Jesus??? My Jesus is the God of the Universe and you humiliate Him.”

When an honest seeker is attacked with words like this he may tend to doubt himself if he has not received Soul Contact. He may think something like this:

“If I am wrong I will go to the lowest hell for all eternity so I had better be sure I am correct.”

This type of thinking causes many seekers on the edge of enlightenment to doubt themselves and cease to challenge the Dragon’s ideal that he presents to the world for the sole purpose of controlling the masses. Now after 2,000 years it is time for the Lights of the earth to stand up for what is true, even if you are accused of blasphemy and of belittling the greatness of Avatars past.

The second illusionary use of Ray Six through the Solar Plexus is through the manipulation of the lower feelings. Most of general humanity only has a dim sense of the true energies that gradually unfold in the heart chakra but strongly identify with the intense feelings of the solar plexus. When most people talk about following your heart they are really talking about following the solar plexus or the lower feelings. There is a large portion of humanity that have no idea as to what the true heart energies feel like and this is a fact that the Dark Ones use to full advantage. They know that if they can control half of the populace then they can control them all.

The average person interprets the highest feelings of the Solar Plexus to be the “ideal” or Sixth Ray feeling. Remember that bumper sticker that the born againers had a few years ago which said, “I found it!” What they found was the ideal Jesus, God of the Universe and a strong feeling to go along with it.

Don’t think that the other end of the spectrum is immune however. The mantra of many New Agers is “go with the flow,” and this is as much of a solar plexus emotional statement as “I found it!” The “go with the flow” appeals very strongly to solar plexus people for this lower emotional energy does not have any checks and balances with it. Without contact with the higher energies of the heart and mind going with the flow, or the line of least resistance, always seems to be the most desirable.

When the Love-Wisdom energies of the heart are made available the feeling nature is then tempered with wisdom, or wise thought, that will often lead the seeker to go against the flow in the line of most resistance where the greatest becoming can be found.

Another illusion that keeps New Agers in the Solar Plexus is the idea that certain animals and primitive tribes are more evolved than general civilized humanity and the ideal is to be like them. This is great illusion and sends our attention to the past rather than the future. The instincts that many animals and tribal humans display are in civilized man, but are below the threshold of consciousness because his soul is placing his attention on new worlds to conquer. To go back and revive primitive instincts would be returning to our past where we were a million years ago in evolution. This would be a disaster if this ideal were to materialize.

The Dragon uses every possible fulcrum to keep the attention of the masses centered on the Sixth Ray of the solar plexus and when this is accomplished, he is able to exercise control over the person in the three worlds.

First – The Physical. To control a person’s actions on the physical level all you have to do is to be the one to control the presentation of his ideal in the form of a static I am. Jesus, Buddha or Allah just is – Now do what He says.

Your political system or leader just is and cannot be challenged. Once a thoughtform or system that represents the Beast becomes the ideal it also becomes an unearned authority and has power to control all actions on the physical plane. If the authority tells you to shock a man with 450 volts and that you are not responsible for whatever happens then you proceed.

Second – The Emotional. When the ideal is under the control of the Beast the lower emotions automatically follow with no thinking process to sort things out. Controlling the emotions is very important for the Dark Ones because most people are emotionally polarized and can be easily manipulated through unchecked feeling.

Third – The Mind. The mind is controlled because discerning thinking is put completely in check when the emotional ideal is brought into the equation. I have talked to people who seem very intelligent and logical in areas like science, the law or education, but then they let their emotional ideal slip into the conversation and all logical thought is completely held in abeyance.

This is an interesting thing to witness. You can be talking to the guy about particle physics one minute and listen to him rattle off thoughts and concepts that are astounding, but then bring his ideals from religion into the conversation and his mind will seem to just shut down. Maybe now he is talking about the devil being under every rock or the concept that the Universe is only six thousand years old even though the light from some distant galaxies have taken fourteen billion years to arrive here.

Another person may talk about the law and legal system with great expertise, but when the conversation shifts to his ideal candidate or leader all thought and discernment goes out the window. Even if this leader seems to go against every principle this man stands for he does not think about this. He feels he likes his leader and that is good enough. He is now a non-thinking emotionally based team player for the Beast.

Thus we finally arrive at the core meaning of the number of the Beast, the 666. In plain English it stands for the control through the Sixth Ray solar plexus center over the three basic worlds of livingness for mankind:

1. Control over the Physical (first 6)
2. Control over the Emotional (second 6)
3. Control over the Mental by negation (the third 6)

All three of these parts of our nature have been controlled in most of us through the Sixth Ray of Idealism by the Beast.

Now go back and read the verse about 666 again:

“Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the Beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” Revelation 13:18

Notice the wording here. “Let him that hath understanding.” In the Greek it literally reads “Let him who has a mind…” In other words, the meaning of the 666 is not obvious, but requires mind and understanding to comprehend it.

This understanding of the Beast and his number is perhaps the most important thing for seekers of truth and wisdom to comprehend as said earlier – how can one escape from captivity unless he first realizes he is bound with chains?

Another Beast

We have been talking about the outer manifestation of the second beast; now let us talk about the inner as it applies to the disciple and his work.

Let us repeat the verses and interpret them:

“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.” Revelation 13:11

The disciple has cast the dragon out of his higher consciousness and placed it on the earth, or consigned it to his lower personality. He places lower desire under the control of the higher self and initiates a great work that will serve the world. This work has two horns like the Lamb of God. In other words, the words and works that launch it are as the words and works of Christ. Unfortunately, the work is carried forward by fallible humans who have not dominated the dragon by spirit. Many of these well-meaning people still have the dragon in their controlling consciousness and consequently “speak as the dragon” while thinking they are speaking as The Christ.

“And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” Revelation 13:12

Those who inherit the disciple’s work are just like the first beast and begin to use unjust unearned authority. Just one example is the church fathers during the Middle Ages who burned heretics at the stake and stamped out free speech with every bit as much authority as did the Romans who fed the Christians to the lions.

“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,” Revelation 13:13

These caretakers of the work appear to have the fire of the Spirit. They take the place of God and are seen as authoritative as were the words from the burning bush seen by Moses.

“And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.” Revelation 13:14

These caretaker authorities deceive the followers of the work. Miracles are often attributed to them, which reinforces the belief of the masses. Finally, the caretakers cast aside the teachings of the initiate and frame the organization in the image of the beastly authority, which has ruled the earth from the beginning.

“And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” Revelation 13:15

The altered organization still claims to follow the teachings of the founder, but in reality it deceptively presents the teachings of the Beast. Those who discover the deception and attempt to enlighten the people about the true meaning of the teachings of the first initiate are persecuted to the full extent the law will allow. They are killed physically if the law permits. If not, the Beast seeks to kill them spiritually.

The next verses to consider are:

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:16-17

This image of the Beast right now causes all within its reach to receive a mark in their right hand or their foreheads. The right hand signifies labor and one with a mark in the right hand obeys and labors for the Beast without questioning. The mark in the forehead signifies something even beyond action. It signifies thought. The Beast wants you to do more than obey. It wants you to think as you are told to think in the process.

Big Brother, in the book 1984, was the quintessential Beast in that it was not enough that citizens did what they were told without questioning, but they also had to think as they were told to think.

The reason this blind obedience is associated with the Beast is this is what is expected from a good animal, or beast. A good animal is expected to obey our commands without question. The master has to merely speak and the trained animal obeys. Humans are supposed to be above the animal kingdom in this respect. We are supposed to be able to think independently, look within, think within and make our own decisions.

Those who give in to the power of the Beast are sinking into a subhuman consciousness.

If I were a representative of the beast I would not be teaching as I am, but would set myself up as the ultimate authority and would discourage independent learning and thought while at the same time proclaim I am for free thought, learning and an open mind. In the old days disciples were imprisoned or killed for questioning. Fortunately, the Constitution that wounded the Beast, along with the progress we have made in the rule of law, gives us some protection in this age.

One who has freed himself from the authority of the beast will test all teachers with the God within, including me, but once a teacher’s words have passed that test a challenging attitude becomes unnecessary. Nevertheless, it is important to never get lazy and always check all things through the soul and then question when necessary.

How is it that we cannot buy or sell without the mark? Doesn’t everyone buy and sell? Does everyone have the mark?

Many people think the receiving of the mark is in the future. They see the mark as an implanted computer chip or the use of a bar code that allows us to buy or sell. This could make some sense if only the right hand were mentioned, but why would either the state or an individual want to use the forehead as a place to implant a device used by grocery scanners?

Some answer that maybe the forehead would be used if a person lost his right hand. But the logical thing would be to use the left hand in such a case.

We are also told that we must have the number of the Beast to be able to buy and sell. The need for a literal 666 in possession of the customer to buy groceries does not make a lot of sense either.

The scripture makes much more sense when we realize that the Beast is already here and has been for many thousands of years. The marks in the right hand and forehead are not the same, but two different things, representing labor and thought.

Strong authority has controlled our money supply and industry so that almost all have to bear the mark to be able to buy and sell. When the individual works for another to earn money he must do what he is told and not question or he will be fired. If he has no source of money or goods he cannot buy or sell. Business owners and the self-employed are not under such tight control but even these are subject to many rules, regulations, taxes and licensing or they cannot earn money to enable them to buy or sell.

Finally, we come to perhaps the most mysterious verse in the whole Bible:

“Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” Revelations 13:18

What is the meaning of this number?
