The Death and Resurrection of the Witnesses

“And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.” Rev 11:9-11

In the orthodox interpretation it is believed that John saw the days of international television. How else could all the world see the bodies of two dead prophets, apparently on the streets of Jerusalem?

On the other hand, the prophecy is so specific that if two prophets did appear, were killed, lied in the streets without burial for three and a half days and shown on international TV most of the Christian world would see the correlation to the prophecy and would not rejoice in their death. Instead, the believers would increase in faith and the doubters would fear.

In other words, a knowledge of the prophecy by the world could very well prevent it from coming literally true. Even if the fulfillment took place in another city besides Jerusalem many would see the correlation.

There are physical correlations that can be made for the two witnesses teaching, being killed and resurrected, but the greatest of all, the truest to the original prophecy, pertains to the inner meaning.

Even before the days of TV the teachings of high initiates such as Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and others were circulated throughout many nations for the entire world to see and examine. But, by the time they achieved such circulation, the beast from the bottomless pit had sifted through them all and had told the world what they were supposed to think of them. This caused the two witnesses of Words and Works of the initiates to become as two dead bodies incapable of giving the life to the teachings as did the original teacher.

For three and a half cycles of time the dead bodies of the witnesses lied in the streets.

People of the world were happy about their deaths and even sent gifts one to another. How was this manifest?

The answer is that many were happy that the teachings of the spiritual path presented by Christ was no longer binding on them, but they could replace them with their own brand of religion or philosophy. A part of this was the creation of Christmas where the people could supposedly worship Christ by sending “gifts one to another.”

How long are the three and a half cycles where the witnesses shall lie in the streets?

There are several answers to this as correspondence has several layers.

The first correspondence is the period that the body of Jesus was dead, which also gave the appearance that his two witnesses, his Words and Works were dead also.

Jesus taught for three years and a “half a time,” or a part of a year qualifying for the three and a half times. He died late in the afternoon, probably just after 3 PM, and was placed in a tomb around sunset. He was first seen after the resurrection early Sunday morning. If we use the twelve hour cycles of day and night then just after 9 AM would have been three and a half cycles after his death. But keep in mind that the last period, the half a time, is not exact. This period signifies the time which is necessary to finish the job, whatever that is. Usually, it is close to a half of a cycle.

If we had an accurate history, we could trace three and a half cycles of the teachings of Jesus living and dying and then resurfacing again. If we examine history, we see that there are periods when the teachings of Jesus seemed as if they were dead, when the scriptures existed but were not accessible to the average people. They periodically seemed to be suffocating and then struggling to come to life again. One could use periods of a generation of 40 years, a Saturn cycle of 29.4 years or some other combination and see the death and reemergence of the Christ message repeating itself.

Then again one can use cycles to represent a period of transition in history. For instance, the first cycle after Christ could be the Roman empire dominated by the Caesar-like emperors which suppressed Christianity. The second started at 325 AD with Constantine and marked the expansion of a corrupted Christianity.

The third began with the rise of Islam around 610 AD, continued through the crusades against Islam and ended around 1300 AD.

Throughout all these three cycles the bodies of the two witnesses, the Words and Works of Christ, still existed, but were as dead in the streets of men, because they were ignored. Instead of concentrating on the love of Christ they saw Christ as a sword for war. Instead of the life of Christ they concentrated on the cross and the death of Christ. Instead of the truth making them free they suffocated the truth making them enslaved.

Then came the half a time wherein the Christ spirit made the final heroic effort to endure to the end and triumph. This continued through the Reformation and Renaissance. Reformers such as Tyndale, Calvin Martin Luther and others sought to bring freedom to think outside the box of the Roman Catholic Church.

In addition, the second arm, the Renaissance thinkers stimulated free thought and expression outside of religion.

Finally, after these three and a half times, or cycles, the two witnesses came to life again, “stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.” Their coming to life again manifested as freedom for the human soul as manifest in democracy and freedom from slavery. The spirit of freedom did indeed cause great fear in the hearts of those who were attached to the power of the kings.

The symbolic date marking this beginning is July 4, 1776.

This life also manifests in religion as freedom to learn and teach all manner of doctrine thus creating hundreds of differing religions from which to choose.

Neither the churches or the democracies have been perfect, and never will be, but they are living and breathing allowing for the free life of the human spirit to express itself.

In addition, we are yet in the early stages of the new three and a half cycles of life which will last over 1000 years to come. The spirit of the Words and Works of Christ are alive and well, and when maturity comes peace on earth goodwill to men will be a reality.

Grieving the Spirit

A reader gives this quote from me: “The soul has a life on its own plane which is not affected by our failures here.”

He then asks: May I ask in relation to the above quote, what is ‘Grieving the Spirit’? I have no problems with guilt, so was wondering what Paul in The Bible would have been talking about.

JJ You are probably referring to this scripture: “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” Eph 4:30

Many times throughout history even the great teachers have referred to the emotions of God in several ways. They have said things like:

“God will be sad if you do this.”

“You are offending God.”

“God will be happy if you do this.”

Now what applies to God applies to the Holy Spirit for the three aspects of God are as one.

The higher lives including the solar angels have a fullness of joy and nothing can disturb this. For one thing just imagine the chaos if it could be disturbed. They commune through the Oneness Principle and through this they can tune into any life on the earth.

At any given moment millions are suffering starvation.

Millions are emotionally devastated and been hurt by their fellow men and women.

Millions suffer great pain through disease.

Millions are suffering in spirit through tyranny.

Now imagine if the higher lives had to identify with all this at one time, or even one suffering life over an extended period. The distraction would be so great that they would not be able to accomplish their own work.

They are aware of suffering but do not tune into it and are not affected negatively by it. If suffering is in your future, but that suffering will guide you toward higher evolution, then nothing will be done by the higher lives to warn you or remove the suffering. The removal will be up to you. When you learn what you are supposed to learn then higher lives may assist in alleviating your pain, but not before.

Holy men have spoken in the past of grieving the Spirit, even though the Spirit cannot suffer grief. The reason they spoke this way is it seems at times as if the Spirit if grieved.

A person may have advanced soul contact and receive information through the Spirit of a wrong direction a close associate is taking and receive an impression of the suffering that awaits him. This knowledge filtered through his personality makes it feels as if the spirit is grieving. The truth is the disciple himself is grieving while being touched by the Spirit. It will feel very much to him like the Spirit is grieving.

The Spirit will warn us of problems in the future if it aids in fulfilling higher will and does not interfere with evolution. When this happens, it has to produce a negative feeling within us so we will interpret the impression correctly. In this case the Spirit creates a negative feeling within us, but not in itself. The disciple may thus say to himself, “the Spirit or soul is upset.”

But it is not upset. Your Solar Angel knew many of your future problems the day you were born and if it could be affected by them in its timeless world it would have been affected or grieved way back then.

When the fullness of the Oneness Principle is achieved the seeker will then know of a surety concerning that consciousness which cannot be touched by pain, neither by grief, discouragement or sorrow.

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Rev 21:4

Putting Conspiracies in Perspective

(NOTE: A couple years after the war in Iraq was underway Bush’s popularity had taken a dive and he was accused of being an idiot, on one hand, and a mastermind of all kinds of conspiracies on the other. Many also compared him to Hitler. This seems to have started a trend of comparing all presidents who followed to Hitler. This post begins with a spoof making fun of the conspiracies and ends with a serious examination of the Hitler accusation that could be used with other presidents besides Bush.)

Bush, The Conspiracy Genius
The real truth behind the conspiracy theories and Bush goes much deeper than anyone imagined, except for a chosen few.

Contrary to the thinking of many, Bush is not a stupid bungler. That is a facade he puts forward through the right-wing press to trick the masses. In reality he is an evil genius who would put Hitler to shame.

He not only can speak perfect English, but really knows how to say the word “nuclear.” By dumbing himself down he creates the illusion that he couldn’t possibly be smart enough to mastermind a complex conspiracy.

Through secret files and contacts, I have put together the real story, revealed here for the first time.

Bush’s first power grab began November 1963 at age 17 when he was on a visit to Dallas with his parents. As the family was having a nice picnic in a park young Bush stumbled across an unusual man named Lee Oswald. They both struck up a conversation about guns and Bush was fascinated at Oswald’s claims of his shooting abilities. To this Bush replied, “Kennedy is coming here tomorrow. I’ll bet you couldn’t even hit a big target like him.”

“OH Yeah,” said Oswald. “What do you want to bet?”

“A hundred bucks,” said young Bush.

“Deal!” said Oswald.

The next day Oswald shot Kennedy and was captured shortly thereafter. Oswald secretly got word to Bush through a courier named Jack Ruby that he wanted the $100 to help with his defense or he was going to finger Bush as a co-conspirator.

Bush did not have the hundred, but did have fifty dollars. He offered the $50 to Ruby if he would kill Oswald. Since Ruby did not like the idea that Oswald killed Kennedy he accepted and took care of him.

This was the first display of the evil genius of Bush. He garnered two major assassinations for only $50, a feat not duplicated by anyone else in history.

A couple years later Robert Kennedy found out about Bush’s part in the assassination and so Bush hypnotized Sirhan Sirhan to eliminate him as a problem. Then during his college years Bush through his contacts at Skull and Bones played both sides of the coin. On one hand he was that unidentified national guardsman who fired the shot at Kent State, and, on the other, he raised money to pay off communist plants among the students at Berkeley other colleges to raise hell.

Later, it was Bush, not Mark Felt, who was the true Deep Throat who exposed Watergate to Woodward and Bernstein. The reason he knew all the facts was that he was the mastermind behind the whole burglary to take down the Democrats. Again we see the genius of Bush. He was the only player who escaped unscathed and undetected.

It was Bush who tampered with the helicopter engines that caused disaster during Carter’s rescue attempt during the Iran hostage crisis. This made Cater look like a bungler and paved the way for the election of Reagan.

Bush wanted Reagan to invade Canada and make it the 51st state. When he refused, he hired John Hinkley to send him a message. The assassination attempt did not force Reagan to invade Canada, but he did invade Granada. This seemed to pacify Bush.

I could go on and on about the genius of this mastermind conspirator who has been behind conspiracy after conspiracy with impunity.

The most famous of them all was 911. Again he was the mastermind who arranged for the planes to fly into the buildings and the cover-up. Since conspiracy buffs know about this I will not go into details. Instead, I will tell you about a Bush exploit of which Michael Moore is not even aware.

Too much attention was being placed on the problems in Iraq and Bush needed a diversion. He thought he would kill a few Islamic terrorists in Indonesia at the same time as creating diversion so he dropped a 100-megaton atomic bomb in the Indian Ocean on a fault line. This created largest earthquake in recent memory causing the giant Tsunami which killed over 150,000 Moslems and left millions homeless. This sent an underground message to the terrorists to not mess with Texas.

Bush’s greatest stroke of conspiratorial genius was getting hold of Tesla’s secret weather technology in 2005. He used this to create Hurricane Katrina to destroy a democratic stronghold. Just to make sure he got the job done he sent some scuba divers with explosive to blow up the dikes in New Orleans.

It would take a book to detail the genius of this serial conspirator. Think of almost any problem we have and Bush is behind it. AIDS – yep, Bush masterminded that one. The real killer of Nicole Simpson? OJ keeps looking but he’ll never know it was Bush.

Have you been hearing a high-pitched sound that is barely audible? Take a moment of silence and listen. You hear it, don’t you? This is a brain wave signal sent out by the inner government under Bush to control your mind so you will accept Bush as the ruler of the new world order to come.

And that itch you have that keeps returning…? Bush again. You don’t want to know what that is about.

You may read this and chuckle, but I assure you that there are million of conspiracy believers out there that will be nodding their heads at a number of these items because of a belief that Bush is a great conspirator.

There’s always been an extreme fringe who has seen the current president, whoever he is, as a conspirator or a tyrant like Hitler, but until now that number has been so low that we’ve been able to ignore them and the country moves on.

The situation with Bush is different. An alarming number of people accuse him of all kinds of conspiracies and evil. Many see him as worse than Hitler or Saddam Hussein. Now if he were really like Hitler we could understand such sentiment, but Bush is so far removed from him that one must conclude that only an extremely divisive people or group would participate in such accusations.

This leads us to Fallacy number Five. Bush is like Hitler or worse.

This comparison is so far removed from reality that it produces an illusion that should be easy to dispel with common sense. Unfortunately, many political activists lack this essential characteristic.

One of the main reasons that this comparison is made is an ignorance of history by this generation, for if one has made even a cursory study of Hitler and World War II then one must conclude that such a comparison has to arise from deep seated reactionary lower emotions.

It is popular in this age of political activists to call anyone they disagree with a Hitler or any group they do not like Nazis. These terms are brandied about with such whimsicalness that if a real Hitler were to arise he would not be recognized and probably even embraced by those who claim to abhor such a man.

Comparisons

[1] Hitler had visions of world conquest from his youth. Bush was more interested in partying and having a good time. He showed little interest in politics let alone world conquest.

[2] Shortly after Hitler joined the Nazi Party he tried to take over the German government by force and was sentenced to five years in prison, but only served nine months.

After Bush became active in politics he sought office and power through established legal methods.

[3] While in jail Hitler wrote Mein Kampf where he laid out his plans for world conquest.

Bush has never said or written anything that hints at plans for world conquest.

[4] After Hitler came to power he had his political enemies killed.

Bush attempted to makes friends and work with his political enemies.

Example One: He invited Ted Kennedy to the White house to watch the Movie “Thirteen Days” which highlighted the best of the Kennedy Presidency. Later he worked with him on an education package that went against the advice of his own party.

Example Two: After a member of the Noble Peace committee bragged that they gave Jimmy Carter the prize as a slap in the face to Bush and Carter used his acceptance speech to criticize the President’s actions you would think that Bush would have looked for an opportunity to put Carter down. Instead, he called Carter the next day with congratulations and praise. Carter was later invited to the White House and praised again by Bush. Since that time Carter has broken protocol many times and openly criticized Bush, but Bush has said nothing negative about him.

[5] Hitler considered those who were not of his race to be inferior and not worthy of leadership or government positions.

Bush has taken more interest in working with minorities than any Republican president in a hundred years and has placed more minorities in key positions than democratic presidents such as Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. He began with two blacks in his cabinet – Powell and Paige, and of course Condoleezza Rice as National Security Advisor and later Secretary of State. In addition, three women were in his cabinet as well as a Cuban and an Asian. He has also appointed numerous minorities as judges.

Bush appears to be totally opposite to Hitler in the area of prejudice.

[6] Hitler sought conquest, even though none of those he attacked, posed any threat to him or their neighbors. Austria and Czechoslovakia were virtually given to Hitler by Europe to keep the peace. This was not enough so he attacked Poland, a nation that was a threat to no one, thinking he had world conquest within his grasp.

After conquest was complete the Nazis completely controlled the government and tortured or killed all who opposed the iron hand. Democracy was out of the question.

There is no record of Bush having any thoughts of conquest or even giving a lot of thought to war before becoming president. His goal was to concentrate on domestic concerns and become the “compassionate conservative” president.

911 forced the war on terror upon him. Without this event he probably would have erred on the side of peace rather than war. This event awoke a responsibility in him. He expresses this as stating that he does not want to leave the terrible threats we face for a future president to solve when the situation will be even more difficult.

[7] When Hitler conquered a country the voice of the people was suppressed and the government was completely placed into Nazi hands. Those who did not cooperate were killed. The people mourned and prayed for freedom.

Bush has fought two wars so far in Afghanistan and Iraq. When the Afghan War was fought many of the Afghan people joined in and when victory was won there was rejoicing in the streets by the common people. Instead of less freedom both countries have more freedom. This is most conspicuous among the women who were suppressed, raped and often butchered. Now they are going to school and have jobs again. The situation is not perfect but much better than it would be if Bush were Hitler.

[9] Hitler ruled with such an iron hand that everyone within his sphere of influence who had any disagreement with him was afraid of him. And with good reason; those who disagreed were either imprisoned or killed.

On Feb 15, 2003 when millions marched against Bush his only comment was “I respectfully disagree.” No SS troops or brownshirts were dispatched to subdue the dissenting voice of the people.

Most dictators surround themselves with weak willed yes men. In this area Bush is also different. Instead of setting up an atmosphere of only getting the information he wants to hear he will encourage different points of view to be expressed at cabinet meetings. Even his choice of staff shows his lack of fear of talent and outspoken people. For instance, both Rumsfeld and Colin Powell were powerful intelligent personalities who often had conflicting points of view. Bush chose this contrast on purpose so he could have presented to him two sides of important issues by individuals who were not afraid to speak their mind. Bob Woodward who was partially responsible for bringing Nixon down in Watergate wanted to write a book about Bush. Instead of being afraid of being “discovered,” he invited Woodward to spend some time with him and see how he handles things. As a result Woodward gained a newfound respect for this Republican and his book was so favorable that his liberal friends accused him of selling out.

[9] Hitler was very serious in his demeanor, meetings were often full of tension and serious in tone.

Off camera Bush is often very lighthearted, cracking jokes, giving nicknames and, though serious topics are discussed, there is always room for lighthearted moments in his meetings.

[10] Hitler was a vegetarian and was always preaching about diet to his staff. Even so, his health was not that good and took many drugs, administered to him by his personal physician. He exercised very little.

Bush is a big believer in Texas beef, never preaches about diet, exercises daily. He is in great health and has a heartbeat of 35-45 beats a minute when resting.

He was quite confident of his physical condition during the 2000 campaign when he told Jay Leno that he would bet the entire presidency on a footrace with Al Gore.

[11] Hitler couldn’t hold down a stable relationship with the opposite sex and was single until the last day of his life.

Bush is happily married and even gave up drinking to insure the stability of his relationship.

[12] Hitler wanted to exterminate every Jew from the face of the earth Bush has shown no signs of having this type of animosity.

[13] Hitler was a big believer in relying on his own strength.

Since 911 when Bush arises, he reads from the scriptures and then gets on his knees and asks God for guidance in making the right decisions. One has to admit that based on his belief system, this is the highest he knows in a much different approach than Hitler.

[14] Hitler was recognized as a genius by friend and foe alike.

On the other hand, the enemies of Bush love to make fun of his intelligence and have even circulated lies about his IQ far and wide. Ironically, many of these same people claim he is a mastermind of a great conspiracy to control the world, even to the planning and execution of 911. To pull this off he would have to be a greater genus than Hitler. There was another President who had this same type of accusations, namely Abraham, Lincoln. The New York Times and other papers often ridiculed him for having low intelligence and even compared him to an ape. Then out of the other side of their mouths his enemies would accuse him of being a mastermind of a conspiracy to overthrow the Constitution. John Wilkes Booth bought into this. When he shot Lincoln he shouted to the crowd – “Death to Tyrants.”

A dumb ape of a tyrant? Lincoln’s generation did not know what to make of him. It took the next generation to see him correctly.

Even so, it may take a hundred years before the people of the world can step back, remove their bias and accurately judge George W. Bush.

The Devouring Fire

Next we will more closely examine the following concerning the Two Witnesses:

“And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.” Rev 11:5-6

The initiate on the path of becoming like the Christ will speak eternal words, words that shall not pass away (the first witness) and perform works that will help humanity which will stand the test of time (the second witness).

Such words and works always draw forth enemies from the establishment who feel threatened and desire to maintain their base of power and authority. In fact, when you see a leader embraced by the world you can usually rest assured that the two witnesses are not present in his consciousness.

The world always resists change, especially change for the better and enemies come forth out of the woodwork to fight against such forward motion.

The scripture reads “And if any man hurt them…” How could the witnesses be hurt? The word “hurt” comes from the Greek ADIKEO and has a wider meaning than any single English word. When reading the scripture most people think this is referring to physical hurt, but ADIKEO comes from the root ADIKOS which gives it the core meaning of being “unjust” or wrong.

You can’t really physically hurt inspired words and works (even though the messengers can be physically hurt), but enemies of truth can unjustly attack them. How is this done? This is best understood by looking at the attacks on the words and works of the great lights in history. Their words have been distorted, twisted, changed and corrupted so when the public receives them through whatever media is used, they appear as evil as the devil himself. The same happens with their works. The initiate and his workers are compared to tyrants, to enemies of the state, status quo and the world. Just as the Jewish leaders accused Jesus of trying to destroy their law and system, the works of one on the path of Christ are seen as destructive to the establishment.

Therefore, they seek to destroy such works, not through reason and fair play, but by attack bringing distortion to the work and the intention behind the work. Again, they associate the workers and the work with evil. You will recall that they accused Jesus of working through the power of Beelzebub, the Jewish word for a  devilish character. (See Matt 12:24)

When the disciple on the path of Christ goes forward with his work, enemies indeed come forward and unjustly attack and corrupt his “words” and his “work” – the two witnesses.

What happens after the attack?

“…fire proceedeth out of their mouth…”

After enemies surface and attack and distort the words and works “fire” proceeds from the witnesses. The meaning here is significant and much different than taught by orthodoxy. Fire comes from the Greek PUR. The English “pure” and “purify” come from it. Light or lightening is also implied. What does this tell us? It reveals that when the initiate is attacked and his enemies make arguments against him through the use of lies and distortion that out of his mouth will come forth fiery truth and light that sets the record straight. Distortion cannot stand in the face of truth and when corruption is met with pure truth and reason, the truth will prevail in the end.

“…and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.”

The power of the words and works of the initiate are so powerful that they “devour” the attacks of the enemies.

Again, Jesus is the perfect example of this. After his enemies tried to attack him to prove he was evil, the Master returned fire with reason so powerful their argument was devoured. After one exchange it is written:

“And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.” Matt 22:46

It says that the attacker must “in this manner be killed.” The Greek word for “killed” implies more than physical destruction but can refer to any type of destruction. Jesus killed the argument of the Pharisees who attacked him and this is what happens to all false reasoning that comes against the witnesses that accompany the disciple on the path.

Before and during the Civil War many distorted the truth of what freedom is and maintained they must enslave the minority to maintain freedom for the majority. Fire proceeded out of the mouth of Lincoln with words such as:

“A nation cannot continue to exist half slave and half free… A house divided against itself cannot stand.”

These words of Lincoln have endured the test of time like an eternal fire that has destroyed every enemy which has come against them. In addition, his second witness, his work, preserving the union and the freeing of the slaves has also been a fire that has destroyed every argument to the contrary.

Verse 6 reads: “These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.”

First we must realize what is meant by “the days of their prophecy.” The word prophecy comes from the Greek PROPHETEIA which basically means “inspired speech.” The time period is three and a half cycles or seasons. During this time period the initiate gives forth inspired words that uplift the few who will listen and respond.

Let us look at Lincoln again. During his three and a half periods of his prophesy was heaven shut that it did not rain for his enemies?

Heaven symbolizes higher light and knowledge and rain corresponds to the receptivity of the people for greater light.

His enemies rejected granting freedom to the human spirit of an entire race of people and this rejection of this basic right caused “heaven,” or higher light and compassion, to be closed to them that no enlightenment came during this period.

The scripture continues: “…and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.”

Water is symbolic of emotion. The symbolism of blood depends on the context in which it is used. It stands for angry emotion, life or the sacrifice of life depending on the situation. In this case it means that the two witnesses accompanying the initiate stirs the emotions to such a degree that a conflict ensues that causes great anger that could lead to the sacrificing of life. This indeed happened during the Civil War as 600,000 Americans lost their lives. In addition, the whole land was smitten with all sorts of plagues, hunger, disease and death.

It is interesting that these same correspondences can be made to the work of Jesus, FDR and Churchill during World War II, the Founding Fathers and many other workers of light.

Next we read:

“And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

“And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

“And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.” Rev 11:7-13

The Death of the Witnesses

Let us  examine these verses and discern the meaning.

“And when they shall have finished their testimony…”

“Finished” comes from the Greek TELEO which has the same root as TELEIOS, the Greek word for perfection. In other words, this scripture tells us of the time in which the Works and Words have been presented with as great of clarity as possible. All who have eyes to see and ears to hear cannot deny the witness. Those who continue to deny the value of the witnesses are hard-hearted and closed-minded and refuse to see and hear.

“…the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit…”

This is the first mention of “the beast” in Revelation. We shall give a full explanation when we get to chapter thirteen. Suffice it to say at present that the beast represents the authoritative rulers of the world who permeate all walks of life. Where does he come from?

The bottomless pit.

And what is that? As we explained in reviewing chapter nine this represents the seemingly unlimited number of emotionally polarized people on the earth. These are they who are reactionary and respond with predictable actions when stimulated. These people who yield thought and reason to knee jerk emotional reaction give power to antichrist authorities causing the beast to be able to ascend before the consciousness of humanity again and again.

“…shall make war against them…”

The two witnesses, the Words and Works of the disciple, have gone through three cycles and have caused a great stirring among the people and the authorities who lead them. Now against all odds they continue for a half a time, or seemingly forever, unless they are stopped. It now dawns on those in power that the witnesses must be neutralized by any means possible.

“…and shall overcome them, and kill them.”

The authorities of the earth now turn on the witnesses with all the power at their disposal. We are told these earthly powers shall “overcome” and “kill” them?

What does this mean? The interpretation would seem to imply the death of the initiate. Although this often happens, as with Lincoln and Jesus, it is not always the case. With Galileo, for instance he was placed in jail and forced to deny his Work and Words. They did not kill this initiate, but they did seem to kill his two witnesses that the earth was not the center of the universe.

The witnesses are killed or neutralized in a number of different ways:

[1] The literal killing of the initiate and his associates which seems to stop the Words and Works.

[2] The demonizing of the Words and Works giving the public impression that they are evil and need to be avoided.

[3] The corruption of the witnesses. When the Words and Works permeate society to the extent, they cannot be extinguished the authorities pretend to embrace them. After this they alter and corrupt them so society’s original errors and power are held intact.

“And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.”

Jesus was crucified in Jerusalem yet the scripture says the witnesses were killed in the same place – not physically but spiritually. This spiritual place, which corresponds to Jerusalem of old, is called “Sodom and Egypt.”

Why is it written that the two witnesses were killed in this place “where also our Lord was crucified?”

In Jesus’ day the attempt to kill his Words and Works, or the two witnesses, was through the crucifixion. This same principle applies in all other attempts to kill or corrupt the witnesses of other initiates. “Sodom and Egypt” gives us major clues as what conditions are needed to kill the witnesses.

Sodom was destroyed by fire because of wickedness in the days of Abraham and Lot. Two evils concerning it were mentioned in the Bible. First they were not accepting of strangers, such as Lot, and secondly they were willing to do whatever necessary, unto murder and rape, to fulfill their carnal desires.

The keynote of Egypt is slavery since this is where the Hebrews had to be delivered by Moses.

Thus we have three conditions needed to slay the witnesses:

[1] A refusal to accept or even tolerate the new and different.

[2] A willingness to do violence to fulfill desire and maintain the status quo.

[3] A state of mental enslavement where the people do not think and act without permission from authority.

We are told their dead bodies shall lie in the streets of this “spiritual” city. What are their dead bodies and what does this mean?

When the life that was in the Words and Works of the initiate seems to be suffocated what is left is the dead bodies. And what are these?

To understand let us draw a picture of the typical situation after the death of the two witnesses.

The people are in a state of mental slavery and only do what they are told to do. They fear to endorse or accept anything new and are encouraged to satisfy their every desire as long as it does not give life to the witnesses.

The bodies of the witnesses remain in the streets. The word “streets” tells us the people still have access to the witnesses but by their refusal to give them their eyes and ears they appear as dead. The body for their Words could be a book or a Bible. The body for the Works is a church, movement or organization.

The bodies remain, but are as dead because of the corruption of the people by the beast, which is the master of manipulating emotion.

What if nothing exists and we’re all in somebody’s dream? Or what’s worse, what if only that fat guy in the third row exists? Woody Allen (1935 – )

Vibrations

Question: I DON’T think Kim Michaels is being consciously deceptive, it looks to me like he is sincere in his belief that he is (being) overshadowed by “Jesus”. What do you think?

JJ: Yes, I think he is sincere in that he really believes he is channeling the masters. BUT to get to a point where one can be so deceived, he had to miss something along the way to where he is now. Somewhere along the path he had to yield to the false ego over the highest he knew. This is the reason that Shakespeare’s adage is so important: “To thine own self be true And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man” If he would reflect back on that which led him to this false contact he would discover a point where he was not completely true to himself. The trouble is that this is difficult to do; for when you claim contact and it seems true to yourself, there is little motive to backtrack and discover illusion.

A reader wants to know if there was anything detrimental lor damaging in Kim’s writings.

There is no such thing as a detrimental teaching for one who has soul contact. It matters not how outrageous the material which is presented – he who has the tool of verification through the soul cannot be deceived – as long as he remembers to use that tool. Sometimes one who is not totally committed to the soul can be so enticed with a teaching, usually an illusionary shortcut, that he will accept without verification. He makes the mistake of accepting verification of the lower self and conveniently ignores the higher.

If half the material is true then it can be positive stimulation for one with soul contact for it will give him food for thought. If the truth level is too low it will become a waste of time for him to read, but still will not harm him.

For one without sufficient soul contact, the danger of any teaching is that the teacher, or the manuscript itself, will replace the soul within and thus become his personal “beast” the locks the door to the soul. For such a person any error in the teaching puts additional seal on the lock and makes it more difficult to release the beast and again look in the direction of the soul.

Thus, will the true teacher teach his students how to avoid the beast and avoid making him into a beast and never discourage them from looking for truth in any corner desired.

As a spiritual teacher I cannot fear for your souls to the extent that I will think: “Wow, I am just a normal human. How can I complete with teachings that claim to come direct from the real Jesus? I must forbid the students from studying such teachings else they leave me.”

Every false teacher has this attitude to a degree, but as a teacher I encourage you to look everywhere and study all that comes before you as you are guided by your souls. If I lose your association for a time that is fine. You are off to learn some new lessons. On the other hand, neither do I ignore a teaching that comes before me, but encourage all to examine it in the light of day with the highest of reasoning and spiritual discernment of which he is capable. This is what we are now doing.

 Dan: 3) Also, I am curious as to your opinion of the source of my reaction to different parts of the site. I mentioned in my replies to Zofia & Ruth that I saw great differences in quality (vibration) in different areas of the site, sometimes even from one paragraph to the next. Was this simply my ego getting stroked when I read things that seemed to agree with things you have said (or I myself have thought) and getting “pricked” where things were contradictory and I simply interpreted this as a “difference in vibration/quality”? (go ahead let me have it, I can take it 🙂

Question: When I read his text I saw great differences in quality (vibration) in different areas of the site, sometimes even from one paragraph to the next. Why would this be?

JJ: I didn’t notice this, but I haven’t read the whole site as you may have. I have skimmed over a good portion of it and then stopped at parts that interested me.

If you could find a couple hundred words of one vibration and then a couple hundred of another and post them I would be happy to take a closer look.

I will say this. In the course of my teaching, I have received comments something like this a number of times:

“Wow, JJ, when you said such and such you must have really been in the zone. It was like a Master or Higher Power was speaking through you. BUT when you said XYZ I think you were in the lower personality. When you said this you were only an ordinary guy, or less.”

Now we know all my teachings are written by me. There are not a bunch of entities standing in line to express themselves through my computer, yet the vibration of one set of writings will seem to be of a different vibration than another.

This is due to two things:

(1) If you agree with the teaching you are more likely to see it as a higher vibration.

(2) Some teachings are truly of a higher order than others and more readily resonates with the soul.

I will pay a compliment to Kim’s writings. I think they are of a higher order, more interesting and more sincere in quality than his mentor Elizabeth Claire Prophet.

But the teachings run counter to the current plan of leading students away from the beast of authority. Almost all of them are presented by a voice of authority which, if true, would be almost sacrilegious to challenge.

The student must be free to question all things without fear of offending God, or Jesus.

Even when Christ comes again, he will not present himself as the infallible Christ so he will not create the beast of authority to those he teaches.

Reader: A lot of these new age channelers focus on leaving duality to a non-duality, but DK seems to place emphasis on synthesis. Would you comment on this?

JJ: Synthetic thinking would be different than dualistic thinking and has some reason behind it.

What is somewhat irritating are those who come to this group and flatly state that we need to escape duality to that eternal nothingness between the poles. To this I have responded about a thousand times that the immediate goal is not the elimination of duality for if there were no duality, or interplay of the two energies, there could be no creation and it would immediately be as if nothing had ever been.

I have not written much on duality as a teaching but have mostly just responded to illusionary proselytizing on the subject.

To teach mastery of balancing the dualities to and move away from a strong polarization to a synthetic thinking is indeed a positive thing. I wouldn’t call it escaping duality but a move toward synthesis.

You’ll note that in the writings of DK very little is mentioned about duality but much is written about synthesis.

In my mind it is much better to concentrate on moving toward something (synthesis – glass half full) rather than away from something (duality, fear, glass half empty).

Mr. Michaels & Jesus

A reader posted some excerpts from a site channeling Jesus and other masters from this link:

I decided to take a look at the site for myself. Consequently, I spent most of my free time today pouring over it.

The channeler is Kim Michaels who sees himself as channeling Jesus as well as the Buddha, El Morya, Archangel Michael, Mother Mary, Saint Germain, Kuan Yin, Zarathustra, Shiva and someone named Omega. He does say though that Jesus is his main master.

His philosophy springs from the I AM movement which morphed into Summit Lighthouse led by Elizabeth Claire Prophet who he proclaims as a true messenger of Christ.

Since he supports Ms. Prophet, he probably sees Alice A Bailey as in cahoots with the Dark Brothers as did Ms. Prophet. I would guess the reason Alice A. Bailey or Djwahl Khul is not mentioned on the website is he doesn’t want to alienate the many who see light in the teachings. His Jesus also condemns The Aquarian Gospel as darkness. He would have to for it teaches contrary things to Ms. Prophet.

Right or wrong he has some interesting answers to some provocative questions and one with soul contact can read them and sift through what does not register and consider that which does register within.

Just don’t make the mistake of accepting the words as infallible because he claims it came from Christ.

When a new or different teacher is discovered by a member of the group, it is often said that their teachings seem to be in harmony with my own, but then when I read them, I usually find that such is not the case – that there are major differences. Two different teachings may seem to be in agreement because all metaphysical teachers, true and false, will have some overlap in their teachings.

Just as there are certain basic doctrines that many differing Christian churches have in common, even so will all metaphysical teachers have overlap.

No matter what the claim is I will check out a new teacher with as open of a mind as possible. This I did with Kim Michaels.

As I looked through the writings I saw some of the basics that is taught by the many, some of which may be in harmony with my teachings, but I saw just as many things that were at odds with what I teach. One thing right off that caught my attention was the question about Glenda Green’s portrait of Jesus. He was asked if that was what he looked like?

The answer was extremely ambiguous. Jesus (through Kim) said that it was a “valid” image but other differing pictures could look like him too. It almost made it sound like Jesus morphed from one form to another while he was here. We know that didn’t happen during his mortality so the answer must be that he was avoiding the answer to the question by basically saying “I can take any shape I want so whatever is drawn of me is correct.”

The person wanted to know if the portrait looked like the Jesus who was in Jerusalem 2000 years ago and the guy avoided the answer. This wasn’t a good way to get me started on my truth detector.

Here is my opinion of Kim Michaels. I think he was a sincere follower of Elizabeth Claire Prophet and studied other materials as well. When Ms Prophet got too ill to continue her work, talk arouse of one to succeed her. As he reflected on the matter the thought kept crossing his mind that it could be him. His constant reflection on the Masters and apparent association with those he respected caused a thoughtform to be created in his aura. He fed this thoughtform over a period of time until it was given birth and became a living speaking representative of the masters. From this thoughtform, some interesting material filtered through his mind and astral body. Some of it is true, much of it isn’t.

Let us examine a few things in the light of day and ask ourselves if the real Jesus or the Christ is speaking to him.

It is true I could find a number of points of agreement, but this is not an indication the person is who he says he is because I have points of agreement with every person on earth as do you.

Here are some reasons to question that the real Christ is not speaking to him.

(1) I cannot find a new principle or new light given on an old one that is not already in print somewhere. There is a lot of unprovable data, however.

(2) Kim’s Jesus speaks frequently of the importance of free will yet his mentor Elizabeth Claire Prophet ruled with an iron hand and tightly controlled the lives of followers.

(3) Ms. Prophet obviously read the Bailey writings and took material from them and Kim seems to follow this same trend while rejecting Bailey’s Djwahl Khul as a messenger of light.

(4) Kim says that the Masters worked through Ms. Prophet yet she predicted an Armageddon in the early 90s and led the group to Montana where they heavily armed themselves and dug bomb shelters.

Nothing happened as the masters predicted through her.

If Jesus was behind this, why did I know more than he did? When I heard of this, I knew they were misled about the times and seasons.

(5) He presents himself as being different from Ramtha and other voice channels yet both he and Ms. Prophet channeled by direct voice – a thing that Djwahl Khul says the masters do not use, except on rare occasions where an important need may arise.

He believes that because he is channeling masters and not regular entities like Seth or Ramtha then he is doing something higher than astral channeling. He indicates he does not speak with a different voice or go so deep as to have no memory of what was said. Even so, he is doing basically the same thing as other channels for the supposed masters come into him as they did Ms. Prophet and speak through his vocal cords. This is still direct voice channeling. It just means that he only has to go into a light (verses heavy) trance to contact his thoughtform.

(6) He has his followers repeat simple but select phrases over and over, often 40 times in quick sequence. This produces a hypnotic effect and dims regular consciousness. By repetitively inducing the right phrases over a period of time a controlling thoughtform can be implanted in followers.

(7) He says you do not need to develop the mind to ascend or become like the masters. To eliminate thinking is a step in controlling thinking.

(8) It seems that a large number of very important and busy masters want to use his vocal cords. It is unrealistic to think that they are waiting in line.

He’s got quite a bit of material and it would take me a long time to comment much of it, but this should suffice for now. I do not discourage anyone from seeking truth anywhere. Running a lot of different subjects by your soul can be consciousness expanding, even if they did not come from a master. My advice though is never substitute the master within for a master without.

Discerning True Revelation

A reader asks if I would comment on what I see as the difficulty in the establishment of Zion?

For the creation of Zion, or a true spiritual community to materialize, a number of steps must take place.

(1) Appropriate teachings must be completed and presented to the world. I have written a lot of material, but there are still additional teachings that must be presented as far as my part of the work is concerned.

(2) The group and teachings must draw worldwide attention so the pure in heart can be exposed to the message and the gathering principle. This has not happened yet.

(3) Gathering seekers alone will not create Zion. After the first gathering takes place additional sifting and experimentation must take place before a harmonious group with soul contact will be permanently established.

(4) The creation of a true soul infused community will take a while and will not happen overnight.

I have said from the beginning that a strong foothold for the gathering of Lights is supposed to take place by 2030. The fact that we have not yet established a foothold is not surprising.

The foothold has not happened yet by a long shot, but could happen quite quickly when the time is right.

“He that believeth shall not make haste.” Isaiah 28:16

The problem in times past is that seekers wanted immediate results and hastily built structures that did not work fell apart.

We must lay the correct foundation this time and take whatever time is necessary to accomplish it. The feeling of urgency with most seekers usually comes from within their own thought processes and not from the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Question: Why hasn’t the molecular relationship you have written about manifested yet?

JJ (Note from 2022: At that time I expressed the opinion that it  cannot be created on the internet, but with current technologies   such as Zoom it may now be possible) We need to see 24 people who can work together in harmony with soul contact who are gathered together before attempting the work. We have a way to go yet. In addition, many who think they are ready for oneness will not be able to see eye to eye through the soul with their brethren.

Question: How did you come up with the concept of the Molecular Relationship?

JJ The Molecular Relationship was downloaded into my mind in an instant. One moment I knew nothing about it. The next I saw the whole thing and knew everything necessary to create it.

That’s all I will say at the moment.

The most important thing we can all do to prepare for the Molecular Relationship is to establish soul contact to the degree that the Oneness Principle is seen. Two must acquire the ability to look beyond personality disagreements to the soul and see through the language of principles. When two see the same principle, they will see as one.

 Ruth quotes me from the archives:

“He must learn to differentiate between a channeled spirit that is under control of the Soul and one that is influenced by the lower self. Finally, he must learn the difference between the vibration of his individual Soul and a message or endowment of energy from a Master or a Spiritual Guide who works though the Soul.

“The voice of God speaking through the Soul is the ultimate authority for the disciple.

“Nevertheless, we should never give any man, woman, disembodied entity or even Master the same authority as our Souls, for we should always do our best to check the truth of all teachings with the Spirit of God which dwells in us.”

I must say that every time I re-read something you have taught, there is always something there I missed before 😉

“A channeled spirit that is under control of the Soul”……..I had no idea that a channeled spirit (from the Astral realm?) could be under the control of the Soul. In fact, why would the Soul need to work through a channeled spirit at all? Could you please explain this to me?

Question: Would you clarify the  difference between those who channel though soul  contact and those who do not?

JJ Every spirit is not focused in the astral zone. All of us are nonphysical after death and go to one of the higher planes.

Mid astral spirits usually do the direct voice channeling by the use of personality energy. Then there are higher spirits that work through higher methods of channeling and may send impressions to the living through the Oneness principle and soul contact.

Why do I attempt to speak through the voice of the soul when I teach? Because it is much more effective than not using the soul.

The soul does not teach, but it verifies true principles. Someone must do the speaking, writing and teaching the principles verified through the soul, be it a master, an angel or a regular human.

One must pay attention to the different vibrations of the different contacts. Every entity in the universe has a different “signature” from anyone else.

To learn to differentiate one must pay attention to inner contacts over a period of time. It is also the key to overcoming deception.

True spiritual teachers work through the same soul energy just as you and I are using the same internet.

Question: Do Masters have separate souls to us?

JJ They are separate and distinct entities just as you and I are, but the higher part of ourselves shares a oneness.

Question: If the Spirit of God that is within us is also a part of the Spirit of God within the Masters, then why don’t we give the Masters the same authority as the Spirit of God within us, if we are all One?

JJ Because you could be deceived and be communicating with an astral entity who you think is a master, or you could misunderstand even a Master. Once you learn to consistently recognize your own soul you will not be deceived.

You have a solar angel assisting you which is a distinct entity, or a part of the whole,  on its own plane and uses soul energy to reach you.

The soul, which is one, is the interplay of spirit and matter. This is soul energy and is the same everywhere, but it is not you. You merely use it.

Question: How do we have individual souls then, if the Soul is One?

JJ An individual solar angel assists you and uses the one soul energy which is everywhere there is spirit and matter meeting.

There are seemingly separate solar angels, which are parts of the whole which assist us. These are advanced beings that were once on an earth in a physical body like you are.

Look at the night sky. There is one space and within that space are many stars, planets and beings. Space and soul are not separate, but those parts within soul energy and space are individual distinct entities or parts.

Another reader asks for me to clarify the teaching on Jesus and the Christ.

It was difficult for me to at first accept that Jesus and the Christ are two separate entities, that there were two entities in the body of Jesus who was in Jerusalem. Then when I turned to the scriptures, I found that they actually verified this teaching.

The teachings in the archives give quite a bit of detail and clarity.
