Dropping the Ball

Stephen references a quote from the archives. From the quote … it seems that when the Masters withdraw from a disciple because he has dropped an opportunity, does that mean the disciple is written off for the rest of this lifetime, or is the disciple given an opportunity to recover the situation or at least take up a new challenge that may present itself?

JJ First, let me compliment Ruth for her finding quotes that expand on the subject at hand. She digs up a lot of things I had forgotten I even said.

I can almost hear you thinking that this sounds kind of harsh. It seems the disciple makes one mistake and then he is just dropped without a chance to redeem himself.

This isn’t quite the way it works. The truth is that any time a disciple becomes truly useful the Master would have no problem in using him. But the problem of his lack of use isn’t because he is dropped and not given another chance. Instead, it is because he himself has dropped the ball, dug himself into a hole and cannot climb out in this life.

Let me give you a comparable example of another situation.

Phil, a quarterback, is a rising star in high school football. He’s targeted by recruiters from Oklahoma and invited to join the team when he starts college. Meanwhile that summer he has a change of interests and starts a band and devotes most of his energies to music. Then when football practice starts the coach notices that Phil has lost his edge. He investigates and discovers that Phil’s band is too much of a distraction. He tells Phil, “Look, if you’re going to play ball here we need you to give all your concentration possible on the game. You’re going to have to choose between your band or football.”

But Phil is stubborn and says, “I can do both.”

The coach says, “Not so, my friend. The reality is that you are not doing both. You’ve lost your edge in football and without your full concentration you are no use to us. You need to make a choice.”

“I’m not giving up the band,”he says.

“Then we’ll have to drop you from the team,” says the coach.

After this, there is a space of time where Phil could rededicate himself toward football and possibly rejoin the team but after time passes and his attention is centered on the band he not only loses interest in playing football but loses his ability to the extent that it becomes almost impossible to retrieve his full talent of the past.

The coach knows this and writes him off, not because he is cold, but because he realizes the guy is just not going to be a usable quarterback in this life.

This illustrates what happens to many disciples. One’s soul will speak to him and point him toward a task of service. At first he is interested but because of the difficulty of the path he loses interest and puts his attention on other things. Then, after a period of time the Masters will see that the guy just doesn’t have the proper focus to be usable in this life and they move on to greener fields.

After a soul task is cast aside for a space of time the aspiring disciple will rarely return to it as his consciousness is no longer there in this life.

The bottom line is this. The soul does not cut itself off from us. We are the ones who walk away and do not return. When this happens the only solution is to be born again in another life to take another step toward the kingdom of God.

Questions to JJ – re: Ancient of Days

That’s about a book’s worth of questions Ruth asked and I cannot answer them all but will touch on some of them.

You ask: You teach that the Ancient of Days incarnated into animal man to stimulate self consciousness into the animal man 18 million years ago.

Why did it take 5 million years to set up Shamballa and stimulate animal man? Was there some war going on in that time?

JJ DK briefly touched on the fall of Lucifer stating that there has not always been peace among the members of Shamballa. He said:

Again, in the council chamber of the Most High, there has not always been peace and understanding, but at times, war and disruption; this is made abundantly clear by several of the stories in the Old Testament. Symbolically speaking, some of the sons of God fell from their high estate, led, at one time, by “Lucifer, Son of the Morning”. This “fall of the angels” was a tremendous event in the history of our planet, but was nevertheless only a passing and interesting phenomenon in the history of the solar system, and a trifling incident in the affairs of the seven constellations, of which our solar system is but one. “Esoteric Psychology,” Vol 1, pages 394-5

I would suppose that this event took place before the first self conscious human.

Before the manifestation of the human kingdom there was a lot of preparations to be made. The higher lives not only work with humans but all the kingdoms – the mineral, the vegetable and the animal. A number of higher lives are dedicated to assisting these kingdoms in their advancement as well as conditioning them to serve the human kingdom.

Before humanity could manifest they had to build Shamballa which was no small task. Then they had to harmonize with the spirit of the earth itself and adjust all vibration to receive from the Solar Logos and commune with the Seven Sacred planetary Logoi.

Ruth: Or did it take 5 millions years to “plant” the seeds of animal man and then wait for them to grow up a bit?

JJ They watched humanity to determine how they could assist them and Sanat determined that their progress was painfully slow and decided to help by stimulating their minds by incarnating among them. This was risky and contrary to normal protocol. We still do not know for sure if the gamble will pay off with us blowing ourselves out of existence or a glorious end. The odds are in our favor but disciples must do their part.

Ruth (But aren’t these first “seeds” the Jewish Laggards, or were they already here doing time?) The Jewish Laggards are originally from the Venus chain?

JJ No. The Jews came from a previous solar system and some of them were here before Shamballa.

Ruth: Or did Sanat come to Earth because the Jewish Laggards from the previous solar universe or moon chain want to rule the animal man developing on Earth?

JJ He came here to assist all lives reach their destiny.

Ruth: Who then, is the (Lucifer) Angel that Fell into matter, if not the Ancient of Days? Was it one of the Moon chain souls? Buddha was the highest light from the moon, yet the Moon chain failed.

JJ The Lucifer who fell was one of the Kumaras from Venus who came here with Sanat Kumura.

Ruth: Did the Ancient of Days have to incarnate into animal man because one of his group of ancient Lucifers rebelled, and reincarnated into animal man before the Ancient of Days?

JJ He incarnated because the progress of the animal men was progressing to slowly.

Ruth There seems to be a missing part of this puzzle from the angle that I am looking at.

JJ There are lots of things not yet revealed. Hopefully we can get DK to elaborate more when he speaks in 2025 and beyond.

Ruth So it seems that the Moon chain failed, which must of been part of the Venus link, and the Jewish laggards which didn’t pass the last solar Universe initiations had to start again on the Moon chain, but this experiment went haywire and the plug was pulled, so then these souls incarnated onto Earth into animals?

JJ I don’t think the Jews had anything to do with the moon chain. Animals from the moon chain incarnated as animals and humans later incarnated as humans.

Here’s a couple statements DK made on the moon:

“a large number of the present more advanced human beings came into incarnation in the middle of the Atlantean root-race.” Initiation, Human and Solar Pg 45

“As stated in various occult books, many of the present advanced humanity individualized on the moon chain, and only took physical bodies in the earth chain during the fourth root-race (Atlantis) , thus escaping incarnation during the first three rounds, and the first two races of the fourth round.” Treatise on Cosmic Fire Pg 364-5

Ruth: Why wasn’t there right Master relations in the Council Most High to begin with, if they expect us humans to have right human relations?

JJ The key is to understand that good and evil on a lower level is much different than on a higher level.

A good in the eyes of a lion is to eat a human if he crosses his path. In the human kingdom eating a human is considered a great evil.

Now let us look at the human kingdom itself as it has progressed. A couple thousand years ago it was considered good to possess a lot of slaves and use them to your advantage.

Today this would be considered a great evil. What has happened is that which was evil has been moved up a couple notches. There is still slavery today, but it is not so obvious.

The slavery today is that the average taxpayer pays over 50% of his income to Big Brother and he is saddled with many unnecessary laws, rules and regulations.

The good and evil of freedom and slavery is still with us but has moved to a higher level.

Even so it is with the Masters and higher lives.

What is right human relations to them is different than it is to us. Just as we are attempting to move the good and evil of our relationships up a notch so are other lives up the chain. But the problems they have in relationships are much different than ours and the average human would have no idea as to how to deal with or understand that which may be considered a problem for them.

Probably one of the reasons DK never elaborated on the disagreement in Shamballa is that it would be difficult for us to understand the source and the solution to the problem.

Scientology Revelation

This is a spin on Scientology I hadn’t come across before. This was from L Ron Hubbard’s son:

DeWolf declared that his father did no research at all prior to writing Dianetics. In fact he had been working on it for some years. Hubbard often said he had put thirty years of research into it but what he really did was take bits and pieces from other people and give them his own spin. Dianetics allegedly documented the results of Hubbard’s intensive research on almost three hundred “case histories.” But DeWolf says categorically that there was no research. “All were subcreated by Dad. None of them were case histories whatsoever; they were done strictly out of his mind, sitting at a typewriter in a few weeks time.” These “real-life experiences” were “the result of his obsessions with abortions and unconscious states. In fact the vast majority of those incidents were invented off the top of his head. The rest stem from his own secret life, which as deeply involved in the occult and black magic.” This involvement with demonology began when he got hold of Aleister Crowley’s book The Book of Law in Washington, D.C. when he was sixteen. He was interested in the Moonchild, a type of Satanic conception, and in embryo implants getting a demon to inhabit the body of a fetus.

After 1947 when Crowley died, Hubbard came to see himself as the Beast 666 incarnate, the Devil, the Antichrist, just as Crowley had done. He believed that he could become the most powerful being in the universe. Satanism was the only religion in the house. “What a lot of people don’t understand is that Scientology is black magic that is just spread out over a long time period. To perform black magic generally takes a few hours, or, at most, a few weeks. But in Scientology it’s stretched out over a lifetime, and so you don’t see it. Black magic is the inner core of Scientology and it is probably the only part of Scientology that really works. Also you’ve got to realise that my father did not worship Satan. He thought he was Satan. He was one with Satan. He had a direct line of communication and power with him.”

Keith: These types of characters are interesting because they seem to be knowledgeable enough to be 1st or 2nd degree initiates, who seem to be pulling towards the left hand path permanently. Remember J.J.’s Immortal Series – every disciple of the left was once an initiate of light.

Hitler had 15 food tasters and the only one to survive is still alive and recently gave her first interview. She said this about him:

“He was a vegetarian. He never ate any meat during the entire time I was there,” Full story here:

Check it out. It is an interesting story.

What makes this statement by Hitler’s food taster significant is that many vegetarians have the belief that vegetarians are much more peaceful than meat eaters and Hitler was not a real vegetarian. From my studies I have concluded that he was pretty diligent about his diet though he may have went a little off now and then like most vegetarians do.

Another interesting thing is that as one goes trough the first two initiations he will spend significant time as a vegetarian. There are several reasons for this. One is to gain the self control necessary to become an initiate and secondly a vegetarian diet makes controlling the passions easier and they must be controlled to reach the second degree.

I’ll have to check more deeply into Hubbard’s early years. There are certainly ingredients of Scientology that indicate the left hand path.

Vegetarian Diet

Ruth: Can the Dark Brothers make and have more accurate prediction/prophesy rates because the Dark side is able to manipulate the lower devas and elementals and they can manipulate the emotional realm and lower mind with their psychology and hypnotic impressions and mass media infiltration with illusions/smoke and mirrors, and can they make predictions of a lower level as false prophets or Antichrists, and then make these predictions appear because of their manipulation with the lower forces?

JJ Those on the left hand path are much worse at accurately predicting than the brothers of light. They get something right now and then but to be a good prophet you need a degree of soul contact but even then you will not be 100% accurate.

Because their focus is on the material side they do have more power to quickly manifest their will on the physical plane but as DK says – when the workers of light manifest the results are much more permanent.

Ruth: Also, why did Hitler bother being a vegetarian. This makes no sense to me.

JJ He probably felt the impulse to do this as he was passing through the first two initiations and merely saw the advantages of it and stayed on it. He must have thought it helped provide better mental clarity and made him more sensitive to his highest contacts.

Ruth: When one is a vegetarian it is to become “lighter” so that soul energies can transfer through more easily etc.

JJ There are many reasons people become vegetarians and that is merely one. Some people just don’t have a taste for meat and others do it for health or to develop psychic abilities.

Someone asked if the vegetarian diet is used by higher initiates.

Many initiates above the second are vegetarians but others are not. If the disciple is going to concentrate on the inner work then the vegetarian diet is very useful. I’m curious of Keith is a vegetarian since he focuses a lot on the inner life.

If the disciple is going to concentrate on the outer life and work then he will usually eat meat or whatever the popular diet is.

JJ Lucifer has not been allowed a dense physical body since his fall but lives in an etheric body.

It was actually the good guys who fell into matter. Here is an account by DK:

The Now becomes the time that was. The aeon mergeth into space. The Word of Motion hath been heard. The Word of Love succeedeth. The Past controlled the form. The Now evolves the life. The Day that is to be sounds forth the Word of Power.

The form perfected and the life evolved hold the third secret of the greater Wheel. It is the hidden mystery of living motion. The mystery, lost in the Now but known to the Lord of Cosmic Will.

The thirty thousand million Watchers refused to heed the call. (30 billion out of 90 billion) “We enter not the forms,” they said, “until the seventh aeon.” The twice thirty thousand million (60 Billion) hearkened to the call and took the forms designed.

The rebellious ones laughed within themselves, and sought pralayic peace until the seventh aeon. But the seven great Lords called to the greater Chohans, and with the eternal Lhas of the third cosmic heaven entered into debate.

The dictum then went forth. The laggards in the highest sphere heard it echo through the scheme. “Not till the seventh aeon, but at the fourteenth seventh will the chance again come round. The first shall be the last and time be lost for aeons.”

The obedient Sons of Mind connected with the Sons of Heart, and evolution spiralled on its way. The Sons of Power stayed in their appointed place, though cosmic karma forced a handful to join the Sons of Heart.

At the fourteenth seventh aeon, the Sons of Mind and Heart, absorbed by endless flame, will join the Sons of Will, in manvantaric manifestation. Three times the wheel will turn.

At the centre stand the buddhas of activity, helped by the lords of love, and following their twofold work will come the radiant lords of power.

The buddhas of creation from out the past have come. The buddhas of love are gathering now. The buddhas of will at the final turn of the third major wheel will flash into being. The end will then be consummated. From The Treatise on Cosmic Fire, Pages 25-27

Re: Scientology Revelation

Stephen: During last year’s dark episode, a presence drew close to me that seemed very powerful in my heightened state. It told me to choose the Right Hand Path of Love and to not choose the Left Hand Path of Power. It said what was commonly known as the Dark Path was misrepresented, and that the Path of Power was a more direct route to God, stating that everything served God’s purpose in the end.

JJ As a matter of course be very suspicious of any shortcuts as they are usually scams in real life.

Shortcuts from the darkside has creeped into all philosophies. Here are a few:

Believe in Jesus and be saved. That is all you have to do.

Follow XYZ guru and you wipe out karma.

Support the government borrowing money so we can have free stuff.

Forget about your brother; it’s each man for himself if you want to get ahead.

The key for true advancement is to always follow the path of love and wisdom that includes the whole rather than just the tiny self. The name of Jesus Christ implies that we move up the ladder by taking our brothers with us. If Jesus did not embrace this philosophy he would have taken the kingdoms of the world when they were offered to him.

Some Basics

It looks like we need to reestablish some basics concerning our past.

Point one. The two thirds, or the 60 billion monads, designated for physical bodies are the good guys. These incarnated into physical bodies. They fell only in the senses that they descended from the higher spheres to the dense physical.

The one third fell spiritually. They refused to incarnate thinking that others could do the hard work and when a golden age was ushered in then they would come down and enjoy the fruit of the labors of others.

For this great mistake these were not allowed to take physical bodies at all for a very long period. It is written: “Not till the seventh aeon, but at the fourteenth seventh will the chance again come round. The first shall be the last and time be lost for aeons.”

Among this rebellious third were a number of Lucifers or sons of the Morning but at the foundation of Shamballa there was a particularly advanced one who did not cooperate and formulated his own agenda. None of the rebellious Lucifers are allowed to directly incarnate though they have overshadowed disciples at times and had virtual bodies.

(2) The third who fell to the earth fell no lower than the etheric levels. The fall to earth symbolizes a consciousness that does not rise above the material or lower planes. They either occupy etheric bodies or thoughtforms created by incarnated humans. We thus create our own devils but they are given life by the fallen angels.

Those of us with physical bodies didn’t fall to earth but we descended to earth for a great purpose.

(3) Hitler in a previous incarnation led the Lords of Dark Face in Atlantis overshadowed by a Lucifer.

(4) Giants were created by initiates gone astray in physical bodies. They may have been inspired by members of the fallen third but the fallen did not inhabit their bodies except by shared possession.

(5) There are different grades of etheric matter. It is not a punishment to use any of the grades. The third are punished by being limited to the lower grades and not being allowed to incarnate in the dense physical and use it for their pleasure.

The Ancient of Days does not have this limitation as he can manifest in any grade of matter he desires within the cosmic physical plane. He will incarnate among us at some point in our future.

(6) There have been numerous destructions and recreations. There have been numerous Adam and Eves. The last time this occurred was referenced in the biblical story about 6000 years ago. The Biblical story is a composite to teach basic truths.

Re: Some Basics

Dan: That may be but the basic truth I see is that one entity wants to keeps his creation as essentially mindless robots without real consciousness and another wants them to become conscious creators “knowing good from evil”. Now, the ‘ol serpent likely did that for his own purposes but don’t we all ONLY do those things that we think will benefit us?

Regardless, this doesn’t change the fact that IMO the ‘ol snake did us a favor. Lets see, mindless but contented meat robot or conscious decider/creator …. hmmm, decisions decisions decisions.

TRUE choice was not even really POSSIBLE pre-Apple.

JJ There are three interpretations concerning this conundrum.

First is the standard Christian one that all would have been bliss if not for the old serpent getting in the way. The fact that we would have missed the opportunity to expend free will and know good and evil does not seem to bother them.

The second is embraced by HPB and many esoterists. She maintains that the story has the good guys and bad guys mixed up. She thinks that Jehovah is really Satan and the serpent is the benevolent God.

Her reasoning is sound for the serpent seems to support free choice and Jehovah seems to want to keep us in ignorance.

On the other hand, the story does not support the idea that the serpent was God for Jehovah was definitely the more powerful of the two and had power to punish the serpent as well as being the creator of the entire garden situation.

Joseph Smith presents a third view, which is this. Jehovah is the true God and the one who truly supports free agency whereas the serpent wants to control our minds and take it away.

The whole situation was created by God to force humans into a fall where they would discover free will, good and evil and thus have an opportunity to progress. To learn this they had to experience sinning or violating what is perceived as the will of God. He thus gave them a commandment that He knew they would disobey and the serpent was a key element in the plan.

Joseph said that “the serpent knew not the mind of God” and actually cooperated in the plan by tempting them to disobey God, thus introducing sin into the world.

He taught that the serpent was not interested in expanding free will but felt that a fall would give him an opportunity to establish a kingdom where he could set himself up as the ultimate authority. He thought if humans were given knowledge of good and evil that they could not rise above a certain level and thus always be under his dominion.

The ace in the hole for God was Christ who was sent to turn the tide from material focus to the spiritual.

He taught that the difference in the two sides is being played out on earth today with part of humanity fighting for free will and freedom and the other supporting the things that take away free will. Some of these things are big government, too many laws and regulations, centralized authority with power over us, and high taxes.

If one doesn’t know for sure which version, if any, is correct then all he need to is concentrate on the understanding of true principles. When one understands the principle of freedom and supports whoever is on its side he will automatically find himself on the side of the good guys high or low.

Parable of Abundance

In the beginning, there lived a Body that dwelled in the land of fresh air. The Body saw that there was beautiful, clean, fresh air as far as they eye could see with all the life-giving oxygen one would ever need. The Body also saw the impossibility of ever having a shortage of oxygen because, after it breathed it in, it breathed it out in a different form that was food for plants. The plants showed their appreciation by reciprocating and regenerating more oxygen usable for the Body. Thus, the Body lived in a cycle of endless supply and expected to have abundance forever.

All the cells in the Body were also very happy and content. They drank deeply from the great breaths of oxygen the Body took. No one ever thought of saving, or hoarding, for all had all they needed. The brain cells needed a little more than some of the others, but no one seemed to mind, for they all had all they wanted and needed, and since all were fulfilled, everyone was considered equal. They functioned in perfect cooperation with the realization that all cells must be fulfilled for the Body to be healthy, and the Body must be healthy for any individual cells to be fulfilled. Thus they realized their interdependence, and with this realization came sublime independence.

The Body lived in a state of perfect functioning for a long long time until one day the land of fresh air was visited by a sick Body that was near death. This Body was off color, contorted with some dread disease, the eyes were cloudy, its temperature was hot, its breaths were shallow and quick and it could barely stand.

The sick Body told the healthy one: “I have one last request before I die. Share this apple with me and I will lie down in peace.” The sick Body took a bite and handed it to the healthy one. The healthy Body looked on with pity and took a bite, but when he did something strange happened. One of the cells from the sick Body hopped off onto the bite taken by the healthy one. The cell knew the Body he was in was dying and he saw an opportunity to start a new life in the healthy Body.

Unfortunately, the foreign cell brought with him the philosophy from the dying Body, a philosophy completely unknown and unthought of by the cells in the healthy Body.

In the sick Body, from whence came the foreign cell, there always seemed to be a lack of oxygen. At times they made futile attempts at sharing and being interdependent, but separateness seemed to prevail and the cells lived in a constant fear of lack. As the Body got sicker and sicker they seemed to be forced more and more to hoard up oxygen for themselves, or else they would not have enough for the morrow.

Now the foreign cell had just come out of this great struggle. He was one of the stronger ones and always seemed to be able to garner enough to insure his own strength, often at the expense of others, and when he found himself in a healthy Body with an abundance he was quite excited. He immediately started gathering around himself all the oxygen he could store. After this was complete he created storage containers and hoarded still more.

Some of the healthy cells were curious about him and gathered around to watch. They had never seen anyone hoard oxygen before, no one had even thought about it, for they had always lived in natural abundance. They had to ask: “Friend, why do you waste your time gathering around you oxygen when we live in perpetual abundance? There has never been a need for such a task.”

“You are ignorant fools!” said the foreign cell. “You assume that just because you had abundance in the past that you will have abundance in the future. I know from experience that this is not the case. I originated from another Body that was once healthy like this one, but health is a whimsical thing. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not. You have been fortunate that you have always had abundant oxygen. If your Body had had an extreme shortage, in your ignorance, you would have all starved to death, for none of you have ever had any oxygen put away. In your blindness you have always thought that you have had nothing to worry about. It is now time for you to wake up and take responsibility for your own health.

“Look at me,” he said. “If this Body were to get sick, as my previous Body did, and have an extreme shortage of oxygen, then I would be the only one here that would continue to have abundance. You would then look like fools and look toward me as your savior.”

The healthy cells listened in stunned silence. “We have always assumed that there would always be abundance,” they said. “Tell us what happened in your Body.”

“We lived the good life like you for a while,” said the foreign cell. “But all good things must end. Certain wiser cells realized this and started teaching others about the potential crisis. Some listened and started saving for the evil day. It’s a good thing we did because it was not long before we needed it. When the shortages came the ignorant ones who had saved nothing, but trusted to the abundant supply, were caught with their pants down. They suffered and tried to get those with savings to share with them, but they would not. If those wise ones who saved shared with those who had not, then neither would have enough. The shortage got worse and worse until all were force to take what they could. Now I was one of the few who never had lack all the way through the great ordeal and I am the only cell to yet remain alive. If you want to learn how to survive the coming crisis, that I am sure is coming to this Body, then you should listen to me.”

“What shall we do?” asked the other cells.

“We must labor diligently to gather and store up additional oxygen. I will be your leader and guide you in this for a percentage of what you gather, and surely I will be your savior; for I am the only one here with knowledge of things to come.”

The word of this new philosophy spread throughout the Body and caused a great consternation and division among the cells. Most did not believe there would ever be such a shortage, but some did and joined with the foreign cell in hoarding the oxygen.

After a period of time, those who did not hoard found that they were indeed suffering a lack, yet they continued sharing that which they had with each other and managed to survive all right. On the other hand, the hoarding cells took joy in the seeming correctness of their moves and lorded over the other cells. “See, we told you this would happen. Look at us. We have more abundance than ever because we worked harder than you and put away for the evil day.”

Some of the non-hoarding cells felt foolish at this and joined in with the hoarding cells and united with them in labor to gather all the possible oxygen.

As time passed the shortage among those who did not hoard became very severe. So great was their lack that many cells began to die. Those who remained were exceedingly alarmed and decided to cease any sharing and join the hoarders. Each cell had to gather what he could for himself. Thus, all the lives in the Body found themselves in the midst of a great struggle for survival, and the Body as a whole became very sick, approached the point of death and called in a friend who had once been sick to the point of death but survived.

The friend said: “This disease is a mystery. I am one of the few who was able to make a complete recovery and I know not why. But I do remember that I did begin to get better right after my father shared a glass of sweet nectar with me.”

The sick Body then asked: “Will you share a glass of nectar with me in the same way.”

The friend agreed and took a glass of nectar, first taking a drink himself and then giving to the sick Body to drink.

Now, one of the cells in the friend’s Body, who had lived through the disease and recovered, desired to help his millions of brother cells in distress and hopped into the nectar and was transported to the sick Body.

When he arrived there he found a sad state of affairs. Cell was struggling against cell in a fierce battle for survival, oxygen and control. Very little cooperation seemed to exist. He cried out: “Listen to me, Oh ye cells, for the Body does not have to die and you do not have to lack. I come from a Body that had great health, then was sick, but was later healed, and I know the secret of healing.”

Most thought the newcomer was a crackpot, but a few listened. “There is plenty of oxygen for all,” he continued. “We must return to being our brother’s keeper, stop the hoarding and cooperate with each other. Then all will have abundance.”

A heckler came forward: “When the shortage first occurred we tried that and it did not work. Our only salvation is to follow the example of the foreign cell and work to gather surplus.”

The newcomer spoke again: “It only seems that way. Your greed has led you into an illusion so deep that you cannot see your way out. The foreign cell came from a Body which died. I came from one that lived! Your whole problem is what you think is the solution. The greed and hoarding create the shortage. The Body breathes in enough oxygen for all. Labor for the health of the Body, and not your individual selves. The Body will give you all the oxygen you can possibly use just the way it used to be. The foreigner is not the solution to the problem. He IS the problem.

“Here is what we are to do: We must gather together all those who are willing to cooperate into one part of the Body to work and share together for the health of the whole Body as you did before. It will be difficult at first, and there will still be shortages for a while, because we will be in the midst of hoarders, but in time we will demonstrate the laws of abundance. When the others see it they will follow our example, for in their hearts they yearn to return to the abundant life as it was.”

The newcomer set his hand at gathering together all those who would listen to his message and began to practice an interdependent cooperative order.

Now when the foreign cell heard of this he was very angry, for he had been receiving much praise and adoration and had received glory for the vast supplies of oxygen he had accumulated. He also donated some surplus oxygen from time to time to get the support of his comrades and was looked upon by many as a great benefactor.

The foreign cell spoke to his followers: “This upstart is a liar and deceiver. Do you really think he came here to help us? Of course not; he is after something. He wants power and dominion over you. Do you really think he came from a healed Body? I tell you there is no such thing. The struggle we are in will remain and those who are wise will have vast riches; whereas the ignorant will endure unspeakable suffering. If this poisonous philosophy the stranger teaches spreads, all of us will suffer. No one will have enough then. We will all be poor. We must attack this group of do-gooders and destroy them by completely shutting off their oxygen supply.”

Thus began the great war and struggle between the two groups of cells. The cooperative group was far inferior in numbers and many got discouraged and left, because for a time it seemed as if complete cooperation was impossible. But in the time of crisis the Body became aware that it could help itself by breathing more deeply and sent additional oxygen. Since it was a time of war, the cooperative group did all that was possible to gather oxygen for the group, but shared as one.

The uncooperative group gathered oxygen only on an individual basis and found their power to amass was not as great as it was, and, slowly at first, they found they were powerless to shut off their opponents’ oxygen. Next they began losing their reserves. Then, after a time, this group began to suffer lack whereas the cooperative group had abundance.

The foreign cell became very wroth, gnashed his teeth with great anger and began to abuse his fellow workers and ruled them with great fear. No one dared say it, but they now knew in their hearts that he was not the benefactor they had thought. Finally, he used his power so obnoxiously that his own fellows rebelled against him, created a prison, and threw him in it. They then approached the cooperative cells, desiring to join with them, and asking them to share their surplus oxygen with them.

The foreign teacher rejoiced at this, but desired to instruct them in the true principle of abundance, once and for all. He took all the surplus oxygen in the Body and released it so there was now no extra in existence. The cells all gasped with fear and disbelief.

“Do not fear,” said the stranger. “I did this just to demonstrate that there need never be a shortage. There is always enough for all. Now here is all that we must do. Let no one try to hoard any oxygen. When the Body takes its next breath, only take that which you need for yourself and see what happens.”

They all did this with some apprehension, but everyone followed the instructions and did not hoard, but only took that which they needed. From that point in time on, to their delight, they found that every single cell in the Body had all the oxygen it could possibly use.

The Body was also delighted, for it experienced a miraculous recovery within a period of minutes.

All the cells in the Body were wiser now. They understood the principle of abundance and knew they would never lack again. Once in a while a foreign cell from a sick Body would drift into view and start hoarding everything in sight. Instead of joining him, this time they smiled knowingly and left him alone. After a while even the foreign cells lost interest in hoarding, for it had no meaning. After a time, they even let the first foreign cell out of his prison, for they saw he had no power to harm anyone and eventually even he stopped hoarding and came to believe in the principle of everlasting abundance for all.

Male/Female Polarization

Nathan writes: According to your teachings, it is demeaning. You place the emotional lower in spiritual evolution than the mental and that the mental should guide the emotional, so by saying that women are more involved in the emotional and that men are more involved in the mental you are effectively saying that women are generally the lesser of the two sexes and that things are best when men are guiding women the most.

JJ First, it is an obviously fact, almost universally acknowledged by both men and woman, that females are more in touch with their feeling nature than men. One of the common complaints among females about males is that they do not communicate their feelings well.

It is true that the plane of the mind is above the emotional but few people either male or female function on it. When we speak generically about the mind as far as men being polarized in it we speak of the mind as commonly understood, not esoterically understood. The mind as commonly understood means focusing on brain activity and the highest reason available to consciousness.

To say that a person is polarized in the emotional nature is no more demeaning than saying that a football player like Tom Brady is polarized, or has the majority of his focus, on the physical plane where football is played. Because his focus is on the physical or the lowest of the planes does not mean the guy is not evolved. On the other hand, his business agent who may be lesser evolved than him is probably polarized on the mental side.

Now Tom uses his mind when he makes plays and certainly shows his emotions when he causes a turnover but his attention overall has to focus on the physical game. That is not demeaning but has brought him great glory.

A female because of her birth is pulled toward the emotional side but has a brain and mind with as much ability as a male and can use it to her heart’s content whenever she wants to focus on it.

It’s a little like this. If you are in a rowboat in a flowing stream and can go either direction which one are you likely to choose – the upstream or downstream? Downstream is much easier so most will choose that, but a few will struggle and decide to go upstream for the challenge.

For males the flow of the stream is reversed. A male-female team are powerful together when they rely on each other to move them one direction or the other according to their inherent natures.

Gays are another matter. They are only slightly polarized so they are like a person rowing in a lake where there is little push from the water.

Less than 10% of humanity can function on the plane of the mind and far less than 1% have mastered it. A female can be polarized in the emotional nature yet function on the plane of the mind which is polarized in the male.

The nest plane up is the intuitive (buddhic) and that is higher than the mental plane and polarized in the female energy. Those who seek to function on this plane must focus on the female/receiving side to bring down concepts from the higher planes. Both males and females must apply the same principles.

Nathan: You also say that the Left is composed mostly of femininity. How is that not demeaning towards women?

JJ It is a proven fact that the females as a whole do lean left. I have you the ironclad evidence on this when I posted the chapter from my book. It is your judgment, not mine that it is demeaning. You’re basically saying reality is demeaning here.

Both sides have their flaws and must check themselves from going too far in either energy. There are also cycles involved. There are times when it is good to have the feeling/creative side dominate and other times the mental/reasoning. Right now with the tremendous overspending problem an extra dose of reason in politics would come in handy. Many politicians feel we need to spend more money on helping people but the mind must step in and make these expenditures fit into a budget.

You’ll notice that the receivers of extra worldly information are mostly women whether they be lower direct voice channelers or higher initiatives like AAB, HBP, Helena Roerich and Helen Schucman. Receiving is going with the current for females but against the current for the males. That’s why we do not like to ask for directions.

LWK On the other hand, when Isaac Newton supposedly sets under an apple tree and gets hit on the head, is that a metaphor of him pulling pure knowledge _down_ from a higher plane?

JJ A great mind like Newton used the intuition but went even beyond it to the Atmic, the realm of direct contact with ideas, which shifts again to the male polarization. As evidence of this you’ll note that men place many more patents than females.

Planes 1, 3 and 5 are dominated by male energy and 2, 4 and 6 by female. Plane seven, the divine is very slightly male. This slight imbalance is essential for the creation of form. To get an idea of how slight it is compare the amount of empty space in the universe to the places where physical matter exists.

More on Intuition

LWK indicated I was not consistent in my use of the word “intuition” so I thought I would add a few words of clarification to the many I have already written.

There are two basic hurdles that must be overcome for the esoteric student.

(1) Average people use the word to convey a wide variety of meanings.

(2) The common definitions differ significantly from the metaphysical one, as the common one is much broader.

Here are a couple orthodox definitions:

(A) An ability to know or understand something through your feelings, instead of by considering facts or evidence more… (B) Instinctive knowing (without the use of rational processes) (C) An impression that something might be the case.

All of these are applicable for common usage but not very usable for the esoteric student. In fact, the use of the word as used in the Ancient Wisdom is so narrowed a completely new word may have been in order to avoid confusion. Robert Heinlein did this with the word Grok or a process of taking in understanding in his book “Stranger in a Strange Land.”

For our studies, forget about intuition as applied to getting something from emotional feelings, lower psychism or instinct. The one thing the student must accomplish to use true intuition is to penetrate the intuitive or Buddhic plane with his consciousness. This taps in to still higher planes where all true principles as well as the seed ideas behind all creation lie.

I have said that intuition brings a flashing forth within the mind that leads to greater understanding, especially concerning principles, but the application is broader than this.

Contact with the intuitive plane can lead to higher psychism such as conscious channeling. With lower psychism the medium goes into a trance and is not conscious of what is given out in the trance state. This takes place through the astral body and the data is often not reliable.

The conscious channeler touches the intuitive plane with the higher mind and gathers true impressions or receives by mental telepathy from either her higher self or higher lives. Thus Alice A. Bailey used intuitive abilities to receive from DK though it might be more accurate to call the process telepathy rather than applying intuition.

The most common form of true intuition involves that flashing forth in the mind where understanding is enhanced.

When one achieves some mastery of the intuitive plane he then seeks to access the Atmic plane where the seed ideas of creation reside. Once this is achieved he not only receives through the intuition but becomes a Knower by achieving direct access to this plane.

Dan: I think you said something the other day about inventors tapping into the Atmic. 1) Does an invention ALWAYS involve tapping in to the Atmic,

JJ No. Many inventions are created because of a need that is mentally deduced and is a logical sequence of need. It is the inventions that are a leap that tap into the Atmic.

To understand let us look at the difference between a couple of inventions by Tesla and Edison.

Edison’s most famous invention was the light bulb. The idea of creating a light bulb, I’m sure occurred to thousands of people before it materialized but no one knew how to put the ingredients together, including Edison. What made Edison different was he had the resources and determination to make the 10,000 logical experiments necessary to finally achieve success.

My best guess concerning Edison is this. The idea of creating a light bulb was a logical deduction created by his rational mind. However, after much contemplation, he tapped into the intuitive plane and saw that the creation had a true reality on a higher plane. This gave him faith and a knowing that a light bulb could be materialized on the physical plane.

On the other hand, Tesla’s most famous invention was the Tesla Coil. This was an entirely different animal than the light bulb. It was a natural and logical thing for many people to dream of creating a light bulb but few if any daydreamed about creating a coil that could transfer energy as did this and even led to the invention of the radio.

Many of Tesla’s inventions give evidence that he directly tapped into the Atmic plane and understood how the ideas worked from that point. Edison received intuitively and conjured mentally and had to figure out on the mental plane how to make the ideas work.

There is a similar difference between Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. Gates receives an inner confirmation of innovations that can be accomplished and he proceeds mentally. Jobs saw a vision from a higher plane and saw ideas that were beyond the regular reasoning process. Now Jobs was not as evolved as Tesla, but the difference between him and Gates is quite similar to Edison and Tesla.

Dan; 2) Has the prolific inventor likely already mastered the mental or buddhic/intuitive planes?, and

JJ See above. Some have, some have not.

Dan 3) I think you have said that mastery of the planes is progressive, so that one masters first the mental, then the intuitive, and then the atmic but that one may get “flashes” of contact with the next one or two “up” without mastery, is that correct?

JJ Yes, it is progressive but with gaps. A common example of these gaps is the intelligent nerd that so many movies are made of. The nerd character is very smart, gets all A’s, is a computer whiz etc. On the other hand, his emotional intelligence is very low and he does not understand that world. The third plane is thus more developed than his second and he must eventually spend time developing this before he can move on to higher things.

lwk A classic example of your “waffling” on your definition of “intuition.” First you say that AAB used “intuitive abilities” but then say to the effect that, “Well no, it was actually telepathy” which you say is a more “accurate” description.

JJ Let me put it this way. There is no telepathy without the attainment of the intuition, but one can be intuitive and not have the ability to be telepathic. The intuition opens the door to a large number of abilities, similar to soul contact, for one needs a degree of soul contact to access the intuitive plane.

A true telepathic person thus uses the intuition to access an evolved mind. He receives these mental concepts in a similar manner to the receiving of flashes of understanding from the mind of God.

Ruth If inventors can tap into these ideas, then that means that there was a beginning to all these ideas

JJ You’d better hope this isn’t true because you are an idea in the mind of God and if you had a beginning then you will have an end.

Ideas have no beginning or end. Will there ever be a time when the idea of a light bulb cannot exist? No. And this means that it neither had a beginning.

What does have a beginning is the incarnation of ideas. These have both a beginning and end. I have often given the example of a melody to illustrate this. The ingredients for the song Yesterday have always existed in the Eternal Now. Lennon and McCartney brought it into incarnation. Eventually all that creates its incarnation will be destroyed and it will not exist in the physical plane. But then eventually there will be new creations and the song will incarnate again but with an altered arrangement.

This principle also applies to us as eternal beings.

The Russian Jesus

A while back Dean referenced an interesting video about a Russian guy (Vissarion) who claims to be Jesus reincarnated.

There are three things that make him interesting.

(1) He actually has a following, about 5,000 dedicated disciples. (2) He is gathering his people in a plot of land and building a community. (3) Even though he seems to exercise the authority of the beast he appears to have good intentions to prepare a people for calamities to come. (4) He has taken a desolate area in Siberia and turned it in to a beautiful and productive food producing community. Not quite a Garden of Eden but very nice considering the circumstances.

DK made the prediction that a beautiful new religion would come out of Russia so I always check out any movement that seems to be afoot there. This group, despite its faults, is a possibility.

That said here are some of the negatives.

(1) A beastly control over peoples lives. Inhabitants have to rise at a certain hour. Do prayers and then go to work. Their diet is regulated and they must be vegetarians. They feel the need to ask their guru for permission for all kinds of mundane things. They basically give up most worldly things.

(2) Most sell everything they have and give it to the guru and if they leave it appears they get no money back. I’m not positive of this but indications point in this direction.

(3) Though he claims to be Jesus he is not much like him. He performs no miracles and does not teach like him in profound words and parables. I believe that he really thinks he is Jesus but do not believe he is.

Here are several things I pulled from the internet:

(His book) was extremely detailed: it contained God’s opinion on whether or not you should always wipe your feet when coming indoors, for example. The community also aimed to return to 18th century levels of technology, in spite of their enthusiastic embrace of the Internet and mobile phones- a contradiction surely, but then what faith is without contradictions?

The next day however my grudging admiration received a jolt when I attended an open air meeting between Vissarion and the villagers. I was simply stunned by the banality of their moral dilemmas: they wanted to know what brands of washing powder were acceptable to God, and whether it was okay to laugh at dirty jokes. There was nothing dangerous or surprising in his answers, but that was the problem. Link

If there was anything interesting to learn from the cult, it wasn’t coming from their Messiah. It was certainly intriguing to see the hyrdid religion Vissarion had created for his followers, but we didn’t learn much about that from his on-screen appearances. It’s a strange mixture of old-fashioned Christianity and new-age paganism, with lots of dancing and singing in circles, which at time made parts of the documentary look like scenes from the Wicker Man (albeit without the sex and human sacrifice). To Vissarion’s followers, Earth is a Gaia-like, sentient organism that man has brought to the brink of ruin, and they’re pulling it back in their own small way through their subsistence farming and veganism. http://blog.newhumanist.org.uk/2010/03/hes-not-messiah-just-very-boring-boy.html

John C If she doesn’t understand his feelings, how can she claim that he is not communicating them “well”? What does “well” mean? From an emotional viewpoint, “well” could mean “I don’t feel good about the way he expresses his feelings.” From a mental viewpoint, “well” could mean “Given the current situation, observing his body language, and listening to his words, and trying to empathize with him, his words do not accurately reflect what I think he is apparently feeling.” There is a 98% chance that both of them are speaking from the plane of the emotions, so neither side is trustworthy. It’s like insanity trying to explain itself.

JJ Yes, most men and women are polarized on the emotional plane and because they see emotion through different filters they often have major problems in understanding each other. This is an eternal source of good comedy and philosophy. John Gray certainly capitalized on this through his books on the idea that Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus.

Dean: Maybe I need to make it more obvious since you don’t seem to get it still. When someone talks about past lives they are effectively going into the realm of parallel universes.

JJ I’ve seen a lot of ideas on past lives but this is a new one. Did you think this up on your own?

Our recent past lives did not take place on a parallel universe but in this universe on planet earth. Sure you can argue with someone who claims to be some great one in a past life. If they show no evidence of greatness in this life then why should we consider they could have more intelligence and talent in the past then the present?

Okay Dean, your major point has finally sunk in. You agree with very little I say and do not think I even deserve to teach anything in this or any other forum because you don’t think I know what I’m talking about and that I’m leading people astray. Your mission is to examine with a jaundice eye every word I write and then do all in your power to discredit me.

I’ve given you lots of rope to attempt this over the years but you’ve reached the point where you are a boring distraction. I won’t ban you from the list but will place you on moderation. From now all all that will get through will be posts that will have some semblance of interest to the group and are non destructive in nature.

Revisiting Obama Last President

Keith writes:

A few weeks ago I posted the thought that Obama might be the last President of the United States. I was surprised when others searched the internet and found others who have said the same.

Anyway, the other night on coast to coast the infamous Ed Dames made the same claim that Obama will be the last President of the United States.

Now I find this article claiming the same.

There seems to be something in the collective consciousness spewing this thought form. Only time will tell if this outrageous prediction has any substance. Whether it does or not – I am convinced that man in the White House is no friend of the Republic.

JJ I don’t see Obama becoming a dictator though following a natural course of events. For one thing, I don’t see Congress cooperating in disarming citizens which would be necessary for a dictatorship to surface.

It would be possible though if a major even or crisis materialized. Such triggers could be a major economic collapse or a nuclear attack on us. Even one nuclear bomb going off could create a great danger that could lead to dictatorship with someone like Obama in charge.

One of the great dangers we face is a electromagnetic pulse created by one nuclear bomb detonated above the atmosphere that could knock out our electronic grid. Here’s a synopsis of a book on the subject:

I recall that during the days of Nixon that there were many predictions afloat that he would be the last president. Sometimes there is just a thoughtform afloat that many pick up on. On the other hand, there are times when true disaster is possible.

Another thing of interest going rounds is the skeleton of a tiny human skeleton which many assume to be proof of aliens. Here are some comments on it from Coast to Coast:

Greer, who has recently published a paper on the latest scientific findings related to the humanoid, said that the specimen is an actual organism and not a hoax. According to him, the world’s foremost skeletal expert has determined that, despite its diminutive size, the entity was actually six to eight years old when it died. Stanford University professor Dr. Garry Nolan joined the conversation in the latter half of the first hour to share his thoughts on the Atacama humanoid. While he acknowledged that it is “very, very, very likely to be human,” Nolan conceded that the findings so far have presented unique paradoxes which prevent making that determination with any certainty.

Keith: I get the feeling (astral) ‘Something Wicked Comes this Way’. Another astral feeling I keep getting is the ‘Sword of Damocles’ hanging over us all just waiting to fall.

JJ I’ve felt that way for some time. Hopefully our luck will hold out until 2025. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee.
