The Wheat & Tares

The Wheat & Tares

There’s been too much dialog for me to comment point-by-point, so I will just write a summary of how I see The Gathering Principle working out.

As I said the future will be like the past but on a higher turn of the spiral. Many scriptures use the example of Moses and the ancient Israelites as a prototype of the events of the coming age.

Concerning the coming age we are given this parable. Words in parenthesis reflect a more accurate translation from the Greek:

“Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world (age); and the reapers are the angels (messengers). As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world (age). The Son of man shall send forth his angels (messengers), and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire (purification): there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.” (Matt 13:36-43)

Does this scripture apply to the days of Moses?

It does indeed.

The good seed that was planted in Egypt with the tares (Egyptians) were the Israelites. The good and bad seed grew together until God sent his messengers — Moses, Aaron and Hebrew elders to separate the wheat (Israelites) from the tares (Egyptians).

The tares of that age were destroyed with both fire and water. There was a plague of fiery hail, and of course the great destruction was preceded by a confrontation with a pillar of fire followed by a destruction by water.

But the real fire was in the hearts of the tares when they discovered they could not stop the forces of light. This caused a great destruction of their belief system as if it were by a great fire followed by a great fiery anger in their hearts and “wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

Then the righteous (Moses) shined like the sun after he came down from Mount Sinai.

So what happened to those Israelites and Egyptians? Have they been eternally separated?

Not exactly.

They were separated for a period of time after the gathering, but all have gone out of incarnation and then have come back in a number of times.

A high percentage of the Israelites have incarnated as Jews and the Egyptians into groups with an antagonism toward the Jews. They have lived together a number of times. They have crossed paths many times but as a whole live their separate lives with their separate belief systems.

This cycle will repeat as we enter more fully into the Aquarian Age. The lights (wheat) will gather or separate from the tares and the tares will be very upset and try to stop the gathering and fight against it. If the resistance threatens the future evolution then the tares will again face great destruction. It is probable it will happen by fire this time rather than water as the main cause.

Just as the Israelites lived for some time in the land of Canaan so will the gathered lights of Aquarius live for some time in their gathered condition. But just as illusion crept in to the gathered Israelites and eventually threatened to destroy the gathering even so will it happen in the next round. Let us hope we can hold things together in this cycle better than the days of Moses.

After a period of peace the Adversary will gather together his forces against the lights. And what is the number of the enemies of light in this future?

“The number of whom is as the sand of the sea.” (Rev 20:8)

There are, of course billions of pieces of sand in the sea and to gather such a great number the tares that live with us now have to be reborn. If they were prevented from being reborn with the wheat of the future, then the Adversary could not gather such great numbers.

The principle is this:

If you want to know the future look at the past and incorporate the elements of progress made and you can be a pretty good prophet.

Question: Have other worlds gone through evolution such as ours and have they succeeded

On this note it is interesting to examine popular scientific theory of life on other planets.

Most scientists believe there is life on other planets but just not sure of the percentage. Some scientists who believe that life abounds in the universe are baffled by the fact that SETI has examined radio waves from thousands of star systems and have not yet found a signal from intelligent life. They have three theories on why this is the case.

[1] In the lifespan of a planet such as earth which is 4.5 billion years old the time frame we have sent radio waves capable of reaching space has only been about 70 years. Let us say that within 100 years this type of communication becomes obsolete and replaced by something else. That’s only 170 years out of 4.5 billion that this anomaly would exist.

If we take the life span of our earth of 4.5 billion years and reduce it to equal one year then this 170 years would equal much less than one second — two hundreds of one second to be exact. If something like this is the case then even if we search the radio waves from an earth like planet the chances of catching a civilization existing in this 170-year time frame would be small.

[2] Statistically there has to be other intelligent life in the universe but perhaps only a few star systems have developed life of our intelligence. It is quite possible though that life of lesser intelligence is more abundant.

[3] A growing theory is this. There are actually quite a few planets with earth type life but when they reach our stage of evolution they develop nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction and either blow themselves out of existence or back to the stone age. This happens again and again and only a few, if any, planets escape this doom.

It is quite possible that humanity has destroyed itself several times already. There is interesting evidence that human life existed on the earth even billions of years ago. Michal Cremo has done a lot of investigation on this. He has found man made objects many millions and even billions of years old that have been sealed in coal and even marble and granite rock.

Hopefully we can make it into a peaceable new age without great destruction. Nothing is a sure thing but my soul tells me that we are in a time of opportunity to make this happen. Even so, this is not a sure thing and we could lose many of the gains we have made.

The key to making a peaceful transition lies with the more enlightened among humanity. They must step forward and do their part.

“And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them.” (Luke 9:54-56)
