I want to assure the list that I did not just assume that Sterling thinks he is the Ancient of Days. He has posted his reasons why he believes such on his web site and several other members of the list besides me have read it. Shortly after Sterling joined the list Suzi wrote me expressing alarm that he was claiming to be God on his web page. I also read several things there that indicated that he thought this way, but what clinched it was when he told me so in an e-mail. He did not ask me to keep this secret as he admitted he had posted evidence of his high calling on the web and his newsletters and no one seemed to notice.
From his study of the scriptures he concluded the major appearance in this age would be the God of the planet or the Ancient of Days, and from his Alphabetics and other studies he concluded that it was him.
He has a lot of material on this at: http://www.greaterthings.com/Davidic_Servant/
This illustrates how far off the mark an intelligent person can get when he follows signs without rather than the Spirit within. Hopefully he's growing out of this illusion.
When comparing Rick's problems and illusions to this fixation of Sterling's, Rick looks like a saint.
I'm pressed for time, but will write more soon.
