In response to the below exchange between members of The Keys, JJ Dewey responded with the following:
Keep in mind that Djwhal Khul [DK] said Hitler was a second degree initiate who went astray with illusion. This is why the Hierarchy does not trust disciples until they pass the third initiation where they can see through illusion.

"Yes, Obama is obviously an initiate as he has gained a position from which he can affect the entire world. IMO [in my opinion] he wouldn't be a 'high' intiate - maybe 1st or 2nd, probably not 3rd IMO, and definitely not higher."
