It's time to grease the wheels of the group a bit. We've been talking a lot about politics lately so let's do some thinking along metaphysical lines.

As we know there are two lines of political thinking that manifest in every country and every time frame. These two divisions are given the names liberal and/or conservative, left and/or right, progressive and/or traditional, etc.

Answer these questions:

Name three positive qualities of both the left and the right.
Name three negative qualities of each.
Name three problems they both share.
Which side does best during war and distress and which during peace and plenty? What's the reason for this?
We go through cycles of dominance from each side. Which side is dominating now and by how much? When will the cycle change?
