The Big Principle

The Question:

Why are we designed to die after 75 years or so? Why not 200 years?

What's the difference in mindset between a master who has power to extend his life and a regular mortal who does not?

Dan came closest to the answer I am looking for with the mentioning of a key word:

Flexibility

Ruth touched on its opposite:

Crystallization.

Contemplate these two words in relation to the question and answer again.

JJ:

There were some good answers to this, but some of you seemed to think I am looking for a key word. I may be giving out key words, but I am looking for the principle.

SH came closest to putting it in words:

"I'll say that life never becomes boring for the master because he never stops developing - that is, he never stops learning, adapting to the situation, finding a whole nother way when this one is blocked, always working towards the highest possible outcome he can envision."

Since the answer to the questions is one of the most important pieces of knowledge we will ever learn I prefer the group to come up with the answer.

Hint:

You must be born again to see the kingdom of God or we could say:

You must be born again to become a master.

What principle is hinted at here? What does it have to do with extending your life indefinitely?

Global Warming Enlightenment:

Last month Australians endured our coldest June since 1950. Imagine that; all those trillions of tonnes of evil carbon we've horked up into the atmosphere over six decades of rampant industrialisation, and we're still getting the same icy weather we got during the Cold War.
