Been very busy tonight. I just have time for a few comments.

As an artificer, by trade, I'm always mindful of "measure twice, cut once", so am bound to question which dimensions need changes. As the world grows towards a more mental polarity, such attention to detail will grow. It's no biggie between you and I bro. After all, I have been converting your blueprints into structures for years now. Thanks,

No problem my friend. You have a good eye for something that doesn't sound right and I always pay attention to your observations.

Woody made some interesting comments on Dean's lists and what it was like to be able to post anything one wants without moderation. I followed them both on his lists and found it interesting as to how much conflict arose when there were only about a dozen members.

Many forget that the Keys started out as a unmoderated list and remained so for a couple years until we had over a couple hundred members. Woody probably would have liked it back then because every post came through no matter how outrageous or off topic it was.

I think this experience Dean and his group went through should illustrated what an accomplishment we made in making it to over 200 lively members before we started to moderate. I was on another list with a thousand members but there was only a post every several days. The early Keys often had 40 or so posts a day.

We had quite a few complaints from members about negative or uncooperative posters but Rick and I wanted to stay unmoderated as long as possible.

Finally, we had several come on making threats and using bad language and we were faced with having to moderate or lose control of the list. At that point I concluded that once an active list becomes as large as this one moderation becomes an important fail safe.

It is interesting that Dean is the center of conversation again. I'm sure that many agree with Ruth that I should have either made him apologize or prove his sincerity before we let him join again. I can understand this feeling. Then many others support letting him back on.

Actually, it was a judgment call on my end and here is my reasoning.

I sense that Dean feels a strong link with this group. I'm sure there are some past life connections as well as other reasons for this. His soul has lessons for him to learn here and he feels a vacuum where he is disconnected from us.

I think he is at a crossroads and there is a chance for us to nudge him toward the more positive path. There is no guarantee on this for if he does not take this path he is likely to turn into an enemy of my teachings and the work of which we are a part. This would not be good for either him or us.

Therefore when he made a seemingly small move by stating he would be more constructive I felt the need to make an advance. I felt that if I were to make any additional demands at that time that he would be discouraged.

Even though Dean has given me a bad time now and then I still see a soul and a brother who has much potential for good. I think the biggest problem for him at the moment is he wants things to happen now. He doesn't want to wait for the gradual emergence of the Kingdom of God.

Many others have this same problem but the realization must come that the Brotherhood of Light uses the slow proven methods and corresponds to the tortoise and the Dark Brothers are impatient and correspond to the hare. In the end the tortoise always wins.
