Dean quotes Revelation:
And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
Revelation 16:12
Dean writes:
The river Euphrates is the substance by which the seat of the beast is fueled. With the lower emotional nature revealed clearly by the sixth angel. "Angel of emotion" This energy is dried up and can no longer be used by the beast. The kings of the east (right) are the ones who rule over the all with their wisdom they have already realized. With the appearance of this angel comes a way to be made for the lords of Light. (Or kings of the east)
