You wrote previously:

Then when you refer to "the Christ" above you must be referring to Jesus Christ (Jesus of Nazareth) and not "the Christ" which overshadowed him. That would make sense. Jesus of Nazareth as Jesus Christ had a physical body (The Christ who overshadowed him did not and therefore the reason for overshadowing).
Your statement that the Christ (Jesus of Nazareth) was "the first of humanity" then makes sense since I presume we can assume that the Buddha and The Christ (the overshadowing Christ) accomplished this on some other world in the past before working here on this planet.
That would seem to be the only possibility that is consistent with all of your statements.
DK does not say if he is referring to Jesus or the Christ. But I believe the alignment of the centers was a result of the cooperation of the two. When the centers were aligned then the two could be as one in one physical body.
The past avatars did not achieve this alignment. Buddha concentrated on the wisdom aspect, but did not perfect the love aspect and did not achieve the alignment of Christ, neither was he divinely possessed, though he was in touch with higher lives. The Christ through Jesus perfectly (relative perfection) manifested both love and wisdom as well as anchoring the will of God on the earth in a way that had not been done before.
