OT

When I mentioned the Nothingness Philosophy a while back I said past experience revealed it was only a matter of time with these people before they start accusing us of lacking or not understanding love.

This stage has now began with Gar as evidenced by insinuating words from his last post as follows:
Many people become interested in spiritual things not because they have been touched in the heart by the Divine ...

Therefore too much knowledge without the love in heart to balance it can actually lead to spiritual retrogression as further ego-knots are tied.

What is the use of lots of knowledge if we are unable to first simply love our fellow men?

I do not want this to follow the same disruptive trend as the past so we need to nip this in the bud by enforcing the OT postings.

The purpose of OT postings is not to provide a platform for ideologies completely contrary to the subject under discussion.

What is its purpose?

It is for those who have found some interesting pieces of information that the majority of the group will appreciate or have an interesting and new insight.

There are also occasions where a reader will sincerely have off topic questions that he needs answered.

In these areas once in a while is fine, but making OT posts several times daily has to stop.

If it seems members are overdoing the OT posts we will reject them.

It is also time to end the posts on nothingness, illusion of mind etc.

Let us use some common sense here. The old timers here usually set a good example of how the OT is to be used.
