Great advice, Johne - for myself as well as others.

hiya guys

i loved the title of this post and couldn't believe it was actually about geology...maybe i still don't (?)

i've been away for a bit but have been trying to catch upon the latest posts and keep coming back to the same thots about what's going on on the board lately... what is the core of the core?

imean here we've gathered a highly intelligent group of like minded spiritual seekers in the purest form and it seems we've been getting caught up in endless details and missing the essential core of the core.

guys, no offense, but some of the posts lately remind me of Tim the toolman Taylor with that noise he made when he found something with 'MORE POWER!!!' like a gorilla or something, everyone flexing their intelectual muscles but missing the point somehow ...while i noticed it was only the ladies who replied to Dolly's plea for help (it looks like u got some good advice Dolly, i'm praying for u ;).

each of us in our own way, is allowing our intellect and our emotions stand between us and the actual core of the core of these teachings which i believe can be found in the core of the core of The Song:

(We thank You Father) that within this Love, the consciousness of Christ is lifted up in us.

i don't know about the rest of u but that is what brought me here in the first place was that Love, not intellectual ramblings or a lack of emotional outcries in my life. i don't mean to be cold but aren't we capable of so much more in this group?

just my two cents worth... take it or leave it. ;)

in His Light and Love and Power,

JohnE
