My Friends,
I need to gather my resources and finish Book III of the Immortal. I made an attempt to free up time in the past by calling co-teachers to assist. This helped, but I still did not have the time I needed so I have come up with another plan. I did not want part of the plan to include withdrawing from the list, even for a few months, for I have poured too much energy into the group to let energy dissipate.
Instead I have decided to post approximately every three days until the next book is complete. Hopefully, this will allow me some time (two days out of three) to work on the next book. This will take more discipline than was required for the writing of the first two books for I have even more demands on my time now than I did then, and I had a lot then.
The one day out of three idea is not written in stone. I may make short comments on alternative days, or I may go four days or more without writing, but the one day out of three for posting is the rough goal.
To help spur activity I will ask questions periodically and also present seed thoughts. In some cases I may not have time to thoroughly comment on the answers, but I believe we have the talent here to come up with some great thoughts and ideas even without my help.
Treatise on White Magic will still be on topic and if Mindy and others desire to present portions of it for discussion this avenue is welcome. During the next few weeks we will attempt to refine the new approach.
One thing that I believe members will find of interest is to learn more about each other. I will ask several questions that I think would be of interest to the group.
Questions: How did you happen to come across the Immortal or join the Keys? Has being here changed your outlook or philosophy in any way? Are there any avenues of thought that we have not covered that you would like us to explore?
