JJ

Hi Guys,
Sorry you haven't heard from me in a while. I'm still reading every chance I get but mostly JJ's stuff. I vote #2. CW has been a disruptive child long enough. And although we will always have somebody to deal with it sure gets easier to draw the line after the first one has been drawn. I can give an example that I use in my work. On my unit, (addiction treatment), we have rules that must be followed. When one demonstrates the inability to follow the rules we do everything we can think of to teach him that rules are ultimately a good thing and that following them benefits all. However, if he shows that he is not willing to change or shows a complete disregard we expel him from the unit. Now this serves two purposes. First, it allows a positive flow to begin again without his constant negativity and second it shows everybody else that the behavior will not be tolerated.

For those of you who don't know me, I'm sorry that you won't know my motives. And for those of you who do, I'm sure my vote is no surprise. I miss you guys.
